Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
With breath-taking lake views this property is not one to disappoint!
There are four bedrooms on the first floor. One king, one double (both with an ensuite) and two twin rooms with access to a separate family bathroom (with bath) also on the first floor.
The fifth bedroom on the ground floor can double as a 2nd TV room with a sofa bed, and adjacent shower room. There is a large deck to the rear with lounge seating/ low drinks tables for 10 people as well as four sun loungers. There is no dining table outside but the dual sliding doors next to the kitchen dining room can be opened wide in the summer.
Wakeling Island is a brand new addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas of the island and estate that are undergoing construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, it you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team
