Welcome to this comfortable apartment located 5 min walk from la Sagrada Familia and Hospital San Pau. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need for a comfortable stay and it was decorated by a professional interior designer, I am sure you will enjoy your stay!
Located 3 min from Metro Sant Pau/Dos de Maig (Blue Line L5) and 7 min walk from the metro Sagrada Familia (Blue L5 and Purple line L2). There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the area.
The Space:
The Collection Barcelona welcomes you this 85m2 3 bedrooms / 1 full bathroom apartment! Located next to Sagrada Familia and very well connected to the emblematic centre of Barcelona, Plaça Catalunya. Barcelona’s historic Eixample is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
This comfortable and cozy apartment has everything to make your stay in Barcelona perfect!
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.
APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 individual bed
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
- The living room area features a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and dining area.
- 1 bathroom
- TV and Wi-fi
- The AC is only located in the living room.
- Elevator in building
- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Camp de L'Arpa, a part of the original neighborhood of Muntanya (mountain in Catalan) of Sant Martí, was started to be built in 1845 without being included later in Cerdà’s Urban Plan. For that reason even today the conserved street structure is very different from the typical squared one of the near Eixample During the 19th century both Camp de l'Arpa as well as El Clor saw the construction of many factories.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Sant Pau Dos de Maig (Line 5).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
