Cozy Broadstairs Hideaway - 1 min walk to beach

Tucked away in the heart of Broadstairs, this quaint property is perfect for your beach getaway. Recently renovated and sleeping up to 4, it is just moments from the beach and all the amenities that Broadstairs has to offer, this house is perfect for your staycation!

Newly renovated, it sleeps up to 4 with a master bedroom upstairs, and sofa sleeper downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you'd prefer a night in, and there is even a private garden for you to enjoy!

Please note is property is at the rear of a semi-detached house. Therefore you will need to walk through the rear patio to enter this unit. The owners are often there or rent it out to fellow Airbnb guests so anyone you may interact with will be likeminded individuals also enjoying Broadstairs!

Also, the stairs are only one flight but relatively steep so if you struggle with mobility this may not be a suitable property for your visit.

Lovely location and property

Loved the accomodation, would stay again if price is similar to what we paid. Broad stairs full of lovely microbrewerys and picturesque views of the bay.

Great property in great locations

Great property decorated to a high standard in a perfect location. The only negative is that the staircase is a little narrow and there is nowhere to store any clothes other than that we had a wonderful stay .

Great location

Property as described great use of space comfy bed. Good central location. Parking was tight but managed to get a place right outside when the day trippers had left

Tranquil little cottage

Lovely little cottage, very clean and well equipped, except there was no microwave, which would have been handy. Great location for shops and restaurants.

Perfect Location

This was a clean, central, modern, easy to find property right in the heart of Broadstairs. We loved it. It was certainly snug for two adults and two children but provided everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay again.

Small but ideal.

The property was very central to the town and the beach. It was clean, small but worked for me and my dogs. I liked having the garden to sit in.

Fantastic break

I stayed for 5 days with my best girlfriend from Italy. We had a fantastic time. The flat is cosy, comfortable and in a perfect location either if you want to enjoy Broadstairs or, like us, driving along the coast. I highly recommend it!

Short dog break by the sea

The cottage was small not cozy. Sofa and chair very hard and uncomfortable. Good shower, bathroom very compact. Perfect location for beach and town centre. Rained every day but we enjoyed ourselves!

A great hideaway

Very good . The only snag was that we couldnt get any hotwater in the kitchen or bathroom sink despite following the instructions

Clean, comfortable. Great base.

Good central location, and quiet being set back from the road. Very clean. Comfy bed. Well equipped. Only points to mention were that the TV didn’t have a regular reception, only streaming services, and that we could only pick up a wifi connection in the kitchen. Being picky on those two points though as we had a great stay regardless.

Fab location & property

Stayed Mon-Fri, fantastic location & property as described. Well thought out use of the space. Got parked quite easily on the road outside. Right in the centre of Broadstairs, couple of mins walk to beach & amenities. We loved our time with our little dog Stanley! Only feedback is, a mirror in bedroom would be useful for drying hair etc & maybe some hooks on the wall to hang clothes, also had to boil the kettle to wash up, apparently low water pressure is sometimes a problem in the area Will definitely be back!

Cozy Cottage Broadstairs

If it was down to location and cleanliness it is a 5, but no hot water, (apart from power shower) and no clothe hanging space or mirror in the bedroom, makes it a 3 for me, so I have marked it down as a 4 star. We found the hot water tank switch on last day! was not told about it tbh.
