Great location, loved the lounge with period window looking out into the beach. Plenty of room for 4 of us, good size kitchen. The flat needed a deep clean, oven door and controls were dirty and old food on baking trays and the main bedroom en-suite was a wet room with no window which meant there was lots of black mildew and the chrome shower needed a good scrub! Even though there was room for improvement we still enjoyed our stay.

Large apartement with a beautiful view in walking distance of the beaches. Short walk to town where there are several restaurants and bars. Large bedrooms and nice size kitchen.

It was one of the most romantic stays we have ever had anywhere in the world. We just loved having the place to ourselves and such a large and well furnished and appointed room it was too. We hope to stay there again next year.

Short Stay in Broadstairs

This property is in great location in the seaside town of Broadstairs. As promised it had a seaview. It is on the quieter side of the town but within a pleasant, short walk of the main town with its bars and restaurants. The property is clean and comfortable with plenty of crockery for those who want to eat in. The lounge spacious, although it took us a while to figure out the television, a guide would've been useful. The sofa and chairs comfortable and the decor interesting. I would recommend a stay here and we would consider returning.

Lovely, comfortable property with beautiful views out to sea. My family and I were comfortable here and everything within walking distance for us. Great communication with host which added to our lovely holiday. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful

We stayed at Clare’s lovely apartment and had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for a good stay. It is also a short walk to Stone Bay and Broadstairs town is close by. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Would definitely stay again

Great accommodation high spec interior, lots of nice details. Great to have a bathroom each, very comfy beds. It was also brilliant that we could bring our dog. EBI the bath towels had been bigger, instructions for the facilities and check was quite late and check out too early.

Nice and Right on the Beach

Nice place. Quiet area with the only noise coming from the waves on the beach. Easy parking and access. If your aim is to just sit on a nice beach then don't hesitate to book this.

A weekend in Broadstairs

Our first time to this area of Kent. Broadstairs, what can you say about it. Well quality sums it up. A lovely town, beautiful beaches, great eating places, friendly locals. Our apartment, well appointed. Great location. Cool decor. Our host very helpful. Parking is in the road as two spaces on plot already taken. Not an issue but in peak season could be a challenge. Reviews mention comfy beds, its true. We could walk to the pub in the evening overlooking the beach so no duty driver required. We will come me back. Thank you for a wonderful staycation.

Beautiful base in Broadstairs

Loved the flat...spacious, comfortable. Nicely laid out.The kitchen was brilliant. Had all mod cons but could have benefitted from having a microwave.And also would have been useful to have wi fi code and tv set up written down as we are dinosaurs with tech !!

Wonderful Experience

The property was spacious, welcoming, comfortable, beautifully decorated and provided everything that we may need. There are amazing views of the sea and the beach is just across the road, down a steep staircase. The property is located within a 10 minute walk of Broadstairs town, which holds great historical value and has many bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Perfect in every way

We booked this for myself, my mum and my 11 year old daughter for over Christmas as we were spending Christmas with our family who live round the corner.What a find, it’s absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and spotlessly clean. I really can’t fault it. We didn’t really want to leave and we will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you and all communication with the host was brilliant.

We bought this apartment in 2012 after falling in love with Broadstairs. It's a wonderful place to relax with our children away from our busy London lives. We all love the beach and all the fun that buzzing Broadstairs has to offer. Our sons will not leave without a visit to Morellis Ice cream parlour... in our opinion it's the best!
Since purchasing the property in April 2012 we have spent many weekends/school holidays here and have really loved it, we hope you enjoy our wonderful coastal retreat too!

When I first went to view this property it was very tatty, I walked into the living room with the estate agent and looked out at the sea and just saw the huge potential this property had to offer. I often just sit in the window seat with a book looking out at the sea, its so medicinal. A weekend here takes you back to child hood simplicity and you can truly relax.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The one clear thing that this property has to offer that many won't is the fantastic sea view. It is a great location not only just a walk over the road to the beach but a simple 5-10 minute walk along the sea front to the centre of town. In my opinion the master bedroom bed is one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in and it actually beats my bed at home! The room is dark and I always get a great nights sleep here.. You find out for yourself.
