The house is located on top of a hill on the edge of a very small town, and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It's very secluded and has a magnificent garden. The house itself is wonderful. It's a lovely open space, and decorated in 60's style furniture (which is really cozy). The kitchen and bathroom are relatively new, and the bed in the big bedroom is incredibly comfy. The record player and vinyl records, and books (German and Dutch) provided, along with a cabinet of boardgames are very lovely too! From the house it's easy to explore your surroundings by hiking, or to take day trips to nearby sites such as Trier, Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem.

Zeer mooie vakantie gehad. Huisje was voorzien van alle gemakken. Enige minpunt ...

Zeer mooie vakantie gehad. Huisje was voorzien van alle gemakken. Enige minpunt was dat de tuin niet was afgezet ivm onze honden. Voor de rest een prachtige omgeving, heerlijk kunnen wandelen en de steden waar we wat langer voor gereden hebben zoals trier en saarbrucken waren de afstand waard. Geen overlast gehad van de aanliggende buren. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!!!

Wauw, wat een heerlijk huisje op een prachtige locatie! Over het uitzicht in eerdere reviews is niets gelogen. Wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt zijn er genoeg. Onze hond heeft zeker het ook erg naar zijn zin gehad. Enig nadeel, maar dat heeft verder niets met het huis te maken; Het wemelt van de teken (half juni)! Wij hebben er diverse bij ons en onze hond uitgehaald. Een tekentang is dus geen overbodige luxe. Maar verder een absolute aanrader. Wij komen zeker nog eens!
