Fabulous Sidmouth apartment with sea peeps

Location, location, location! Seaside is in an ideal location, 50 metres from the beach and the charming town of Sidmouth. It has been completely refurbished to a very high specification and includes a new fitted kitchen with everything you need for a home from home stay, a light and bright lounge with sea peeps from the window and a corner sofa bed. A separate double bedroom and new bathroom with a spacious double shower. Just to note, the bathroom is accessed via the bedroom which maybe a consideration for guests who are sharing and using the sofabed in the lounge as well.

The apartment is in a small block of 4, which is quiet despite the central location. There is a communal patio area outside the main entrance with seating where you can enjoy a sit in the sun. There is free WiFi provdived and a free parking space.

We did not see the host the flat is 10 out of 10 its in a good location near the sea and shops we had a very good time there again we have been going to this flat from 2022, 23, 24, and now 25 hope to come next year the weather was good there is some nice walks nice places to eat out

Great place to stay

Excellent stay

We had a lovely few days at the apartment. Brilliant location, everything within walking distance. We were even blessed with lovely weather. Good communication with owner, apartment had everything we needed.

We love coming to Sidmouth there is nice shop and tea rooms, book shops there is a nice big playground and the weather was very good warm for October/November and the best of all is this flat it's a nice sides it's got every thing you need and its got parking and iit very close to the shops and sea front we will be back next year

Absolutely Fantastic

That is all anyone needs to know about this accommodation. I coukd gonon about how well the apartments is drcorated and maintained, abouf the high quality of it's fixtures and fittings or the quality of the kitchen anx bathroom fittings, bug I won't. All I will do is repeat my title. 'Absolutely Fantastic.'

It is nicely decorated and well equipped, and is very clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to the promenade and to the shops.

First impressions were great. There were a couple of issues, but Tracey promptly fixed them. A big thank you to her. The flat was in a great location and had everything you needed for a stay in Sidmouth. A bonus having sea glimpses.

The Best!

Such a wonderful place, so close to waterfront and in the Center of town. Wonderful apartment, contained everything you could need, bonus was its own car park! Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it 100% for a really enjoyable holiday. Exactly and photographed in the holiday listing.

Fabulous stay

The apartment is great - has absolutely everything you need and in a great location - 2 mins from the sea and the high street. We met Tracey, our host, and she was lovely. The whole apartment is clean and well looked after. Definitely recommend it.

great little flat

Its a great little flat and the location is perfect. Be warned because the bed had a wooden foot board its not comfortable it you are 6ft and over.

This is our 2nd year staying in This flat its our 4th year staying in Sidmouth this is the best it is very clean and tidy well a quiet very close to the shops and sea front and some wear to park your car we had the last week in October the weather was good dry in the day rained at night we did not have the heating on much it's was so warm my husband and I love staying there we are coming back next year Pat and Rob

Apartment was very comfortable, in a good location and ideal for two people. Only negative was the steep outside steps which could be a bit difficult for older people to carry cases up.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is a newly refurbished apartment, completely re-fitted down to the plug sockets in 2021. It is very modern in decoration, light, bright and everything is new. In addition you would be hard pressed to get a better location in Sidmouth, it is a minute or twos walk from both the centre of town and the seafront.
