The apartment is located on the fourth floor (with lift) of a beautiful building located in the central Via Vacchereccia in Florence. This is a very elegant house, with a refined style, which has been furnished with the utmost attention to detail using tailor-made furniture of fine workmanship. We are sure that this property will be able to give you an unforgettable stay in Florence!

The apartment consists of a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds) and two complete bathrooms with shower. From its windows you can enjoy a truly remarkable view of Palazzo Vecchio, a bonus that very few apartments can offer!

The house is excellently equipped with all necessary appliances, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TVs.

The location of the apartment was ideal. It was clean and had most things we needed. Our contact was very responsive when we messaged him with questions. The only critique i can give is that one of the shower heads didnt work properly, and 2 of the bedroom electrical outlets didnt work. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an issue with a couple broken pieces of furniture and an issue with the washer. The technician came within an hour of us arriving and fixed everything. The property was very clean and accommodated six adult adults just perfectly.

I would have loved to stay here but my booking had the wrong dates, I was coming from US to Italy in September not August. My booking was August! I immediately called them and nobody answered, I messaged them and they refused to change the dates. I told them that I wasn’t seeking any compensation and I didn’t want to cancel. I just shared the dates were wrong. They pointed back to their policy. I tried to get VRBO involved and the rep and manager both came back saying how rude the person was on the other end stating “policy”. However the policy wouldn’t have been applicable if the dates were correct. I would not encourage you to stay here simply based upon the ridgiity of the owner. I would be concerned that if you had any issues they would not be flexible or kind enough to understand your situation to assist. This was my very first experience with Italy…super disappointed!

Great location

Close to most prime locations in Florence. Can be loud at night due to proximity to tourists locations but wasn’t a major issue. Beautiful apartment. Great amenities.

Wonderful location in Florence!

We stayed in the apartment for 29 nights. This was our 2nd time staying in the apartment. The location is fantastic! The check-in and check-out process went well. The apartment is large, clean, bright and with an enormous amount of storage space. The kitchen is only modestly stocked, no scissors, which would really be helpful. There is no welcome book with instructions. They did provide an American coffee pot for our use which I really appreciate! You are centrally located so there is a bit of street noise at night. We loved the brightness and the location and would stay again.

Bed bugs beware!

Great location and super easy to check into the apartment but we had some issues with bugs in the apartment. There were so many mosquitos everywhere when we checked in, the floor was dirty, and we found many small bugs in our sheets. Every night 4/6 of the people staying in the place woke up with a ton of red bug bites that looked like bed bugs. We also had trouble with the water as it stopped working and we had to contact maintenance. Luckily they were helpful with the water issues but tried to deny the bug allegations although I have pictures of them. The bugs were so bad in the apartment we almost left and stayed in a hotel. Beware!

The property’s location was truly unbeatable, right next to the tower in the piazza with a stunning view of the Christmas lights—such a magical setting! However, the experience was unfortunately marred by the condition of the bedrooms. All of them had noticeable mold, which was not only unpleasant but also concerning. This issue needs to be addressed immediately for the comfort and safety of future guests. While the location was amazing, the state of the bedrooms made the stay disappointing overall

Great Location - Poor Quality

The Good -Check process was smooth. Erica met us in the apartment. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. The apartment was spacious and clean.The Bad -Kitchen smelled like a sewer. Running water in the sink to fill the trap made the smell worse.There were two missing pillow cases upon check-in. Erica said she will have them delivered this evening. I contacted management via WhatsAp and they said they will be there later that evening. I contacted later that evening and they said they will be delivered tomorrow. They never showed up.Shower nozzle does not work with the given water pressure. It is a wall nozzle and wand combination. Pull a valve and it transfers water from the wand to the nozzle. There is not enough pressure to keep the valve in place.Other shower leaks around the door severly. We had more than a gallon of water on the floor after a 15 minute shower.Dry rot on the bathroom baseboards for obvious reasons.Heater does not work.Only one blanket on the bed and too thin. This is more of a problem since the heater doesnt work. (we visited end of December)Toilet seat cracked. If you moved wrong, it pinched your butt.Other toilet seat does not fit correctly. It teeters from side to side.2 stars for location. We will not visit this place again nor will we refer friends to here.

Great space. Great location.

Perfect location. Around the corner from Santa Croce and a few blocks from Piazza Della Signorina. A lovely apartment with soaring vaulted ceilings, on the first floor (no steps). Two big comfortable beds, a lovely modern small kitchen, 1 1/2 baths. Only drawback for some- the beds are in an open space with a loft, so if couples need privacy, this is not the place for you. The host met us at the apartment and was always available for questions and help.

Overall great stay!

It was a great stay for sure. We booked this with intention of it being our family plus myself and my husband. Unfortunately family had to back out so we had the whole space to ourselves. Huge space with everything it said. We spent most of our time in our room and the living room, best part was the AC was great! The response time from everyone was great and location is one of the best! If you have a family to go with it definitely will give you all the space!

Florence Apartment for Six Adults

The pictures in this listing are accurate. This is a 3.5 - 4 Star spacious property with potential to be more. Previous reviews stated lack of basic supplies, issues with A/C and tv, and mosquitos…which I ignored. Big mistake. The apartment had mosquitoes and most of the adults endured many bites. The bed pillows are flat, and there are no extra sheets or towels. The A/C in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and this was after our host sent someone to look at it. The apartment had no cleanser, extra toilet paper, or a clean sponge. I called our host contact and she got back to me immediately (very responsive) and had paper bags, garbage bags, and a new sponge brought over, but I wasn’t happy about the bare necessities. You just expect more when you’re spending $2k on a vacation rental. It’s suppose to be your home away from home, right? So…clean apartment in a great location…steps from Uffizi Museum and piazza Signoria, but don’t expect any extras.

Perfect Location in Florence

The location of this apartment is perfect. You are right in heart of Florence. Easy walk to everything. Apartment is updated with modern amenities, kitchen is well equipped and there are several televisions throughout. Master bath and shower are also very nice...If you're looking for a conveniently located apartment where you can just drop your stuff and explore Florence, this is a great spot.

Wonderful location

Lovely bright apartment- great location- responsive contacts when extra blankets were needed. Minor item - could use more cooking utensils- no spatula, mixing bowls, wine opener etc. but we managed. Thank you Luxury Signoria.

Fantastic Location in Florence!

We stayed in the apartment for 29 nights. This was a different experience than our other apartments in that the owner is not your contact. You are working with a company, and they provide you with a WhatsApp contact. We had a wonderful time although not a good start as upon arriving we waited over 20 minutes in the rain and cold to be let into the apartment as our contact had an issue with another apartment. After that most of our requests and questions were answered quickly and with satisfaction. They were great at ordering taxis for us! The apartment is large, clean, bright and with an enormous amount of storage space. The kitchen is only modestly stocked, no scissors, which would really be helpful. There is no welcome book with instructions, restaurants, sites, etc. They do not provide any extra blankets that are not already on the bed. They did provide an American coffee pot for our use which I really appreciate! There are several coffee pots to choose from, and a toaster and microwave. We loved the brightness and the location and would stay again.
