Beautiful prestigious apartment located on the first floor of a historic building located in the very central Via della Vigna Nuova in Florence. The property is located a stone's throw from the magnificent Palazzo Rucellai, a stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and Palazzo Strozzi. This is a very elegant house that has been recently renovated and furnished with the utmost attention to detail. We are sure, this apartment will be able to give you an unforgettable stay in Florence!

The apartment consists of a beautiful living room with frescoed ceiling and comfortable sofas, a very well-equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms (one with shower and/or bathtub) and a small outdoor area.

Apartment was nice however there's a very loud, very annoying, grinding mechanical machine noise like a compressor or electrical motor starting up outside continually every few seconds 24/7 heard from both bedrooms. Loud enough that we had to move to the living room couches on the other side of the apartment to sleep. Mentioning it to the host along with a recording of the noise was replied with "OK" but no explanation of what the noise was, no visit by the host to investigate and no offer to compensate in any way for this annoying inconvenience.

Inhospitable and Uncaring

If you desire a rental where the host is indifferent to your experience and doesn't value your time, this is the place. Even though our arrival time was shared and confirmed, we had to wait in the scorching heat for the host to arrive and unlock the door. No apologies were offered, either. Inside a large cardboard box from a recent TV purchase was parked in the living room. "Will it be removed?" we inquired. "No," was the answer, "we prefer to store it there."My preference is to support hosts who show appreciation for the high fees we pay to visit Florence. These people don't, so I recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the aggravation we experienced with this stay.If you proceed despite this warning, please bring light bulbs, as a number have burned out, and the hosts haven't bothered to replace them.

Clean, Spacious & Well-located

This is a very nice apartment with lots of space. We were traveling with another couple and we had lots of privacy when we wanted it (large bedrooms each with its own bathroom) and a large living room to socialize in. Unfortunately, the TV was broken when we were there, but that just forced us to play more card games! The location is excellent, with short (less than 15 minutes) to virtually area attractions. The high tech appliances were a little tricky to operate, but we were able to figure them out (thanks to You Tube!)

Beautiful Florentine Apartment on Quiet Street

This property is beautiful! Authentic beautifully painted ceiling. Gorgeous sheets, duvet covers on the beds.Good for 2 couples. Bedrooms/ bathrooms are separated. Kitchen has expensive appliances. You might have to purchase paper towels & napkins but not a problem since Pan Panorama Grocery store is nearby. De Longhi Nespresso maker, bring your own pods rather than go to Nespresso store. We had a lovely stay & hope to return.

Beautiful Apartment Florentine Painted Ceilings & Spacious

We very much enjoyed this 2 bed, 2 bath Apartment. The painted ceilings are something you might not ever be able to find in a rental. The layout is good if you have 2 couples… bedrooms apart from each other. If you only have 2 people you can take advantage of the space for dressing/ closets & bathrooms. The Bed Sheets are high quality & pressed with perfection. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has quality appliances. You will have to purchase paper towels, napkins, etc. , however the store Pan Panorama is close by. It is good if you bring NESPRESSO Classic pods so you don’t have to try find the Shop. Check in was easy & helpful with luggage which we asked for in advance. We hope to return.

home away from home

as someone who travels all the time there's always a feeling of displacement. That's why I stay at the same hotel brand so I can get the same bed, etc. etc..It was no displacement feelings with this place. From the minute I walked in it felt like home. It's just a welcoming place to call home for two weeks like we did.It is comfortable it is clean. It is in a wonderful neighborhood and you literally and I'm not joking from between 3 to 10 minutes. Walk to any café or eating establishment that you would like.We will be returning next year and hopefully this place will be available so that we can book it again

We had a blast in Florence and staying at the White Home was super fun and a great location! It was 2 couples (me, my sister and our husbands) we came to Florence to celebrate my sister’s 50th. The White House was comfortable and in a great location!

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was perfect for beautiful Florence. Very spacious with painted ceilings and lovely décor. A representative met us at the apartment and was very helpful to us during the trip with local recommendations for food and shopping. Other than an unfortunate ambulance ride to a Florence hospital with my wife, we did not need a car or use a taxi. Everything we visited was within walking distance.I would highly recommend this property if you are able to book it.

Beautiful! Great Location!

We loved this apartment! It is in a perfect location, about a 15 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was equipped with all that we needed. Washer and dryer are kind of hard to figure out, a laminated instruction sheet for appliances would be beneficial. And maybe some instructions for what to do with garbage, we had to keep texting our contact person with questions.But loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous stay in Florence!

This property was spectacular! The bathrooms were luxurious, the beds were comfortable with quality linens, the kitchen was wonderful and the ceilings added to the charm! The laundry in the apartment is a huge plus! There is no elevator so pack light i’d be prepared to haul your suitcase up the stairs! The location is great- an easy walk to most of the sights!

Great Location

This is a great location, close to everything, a lovely space. There is a washing machine and a dryer. It is scarce in Italy and very appreciated. A new mattress/bed is required in the ensuite room as it is very uncomfortable. A pump sound goes off every 5 minutes on the patio, which is annoying. The kitchen is impressive but needs proper pots, pans, and a cheese grater if you want to cook at home as my family likes. Adequate wine glasses would be grand. If you are not a cook and want to be in the middle of a great area with many restaurants in a large, spacious apartment, this is for you. We loved it! Thank you for your space.

Apartment was great and in an absolutely perfect location. Everything was great except two things... 1. Be prepared to walk up and down stairs - no elevator so pack light 2. Communication was terrible. Very unfriendly and never, I mean never replied to any of our attempts to communicate. Other than that is was great!!!

Loved the location. It was so close to walk everywhere. Very spacious. My sister didn’t love the bed in the second bedroom. The primary bed was fine. Would stay there again.

Superb property

This was by far not only the best property from our entire trip to Italy, but was also the best property I believe I've ever stayed in from VRBO. The building and apartment are beautiful, clean, and exactly as appears in the photo. I could have eaten off the floor it was so clean. The address comes up at the wrong location using Google Maps app on our phones, though, so there was a little confusion meeting the host representative. However, she knew exactly where to find us (up around the corner) once we realized the issue. She apparently has run into that issue before.

Quiet, beautiful, and big apartment in Florence

We had a great stay at this spacious and lovely apartment. There was lots of room including a lovely frescoed living room and a nice kitchen. The location was great, in the heart of fashion district but easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi, and everything in Florence.

Superior location, inferior service

The photos on the site don’t do this place justice. It is stunning in person and in a great spot. Sadly, after our (30 minutes late) check in, the owners were less inclined to help us out. Multiple messages to the person who checked us in resulted in…no response. We texted the “service number”…crickets. After three more texts to the owner himself, we finally got some help a full 24 hours after initiating a request. For what looks like such a great property, the service after the sale was woefully inadequate. Too bad. If you want to stay in a beautiful house in a great location, and you’re willing to do without a kitchen trashcan, trash bags, and kitchen towels then knock yourself out! We had trash backing up in grocery bags for 36 hours. There were four forks in the entire place…four. Two of the world’s smallest wineglasses. Weird. Toilet paper was at a premium. We bought our own. Strange. When we return to Florence, it won’t be to this place.
