What a grand stay- absolutely lovely apartment! This location was just a short and beautiful walk from anything you’d want in Florence. Check in was simple, and the host was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Many thanks to Silvia for going out of her way to help when we had a medical episode. She called an ambulance, took our bags up to the apartment and then turned up at the hopspital to check on us! Many many thanks.The apartment itself is superb. Great location close to the Ponte Vecchio but on the quieter side of the river, it is ery spacious with all the amenities we needed, and the view of the river and the Uffizi is unparalled.

BEAUTIFUL apartment in a fantastic location and a view across to the Uffizi. Silvia, the hostess, was wonderful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property. We had 4 people and it worked out Really well.

Our Florence rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. The place was very close to all of the historic district. We were able to walk to everything. The place was very comfortable and quiet. The building had a small elevator so we didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs. The owner was great and check in and check out was easy. She suggested things we should check out while in Florence and was accommodating for all of our needs. We would stay here again and will be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Fabulous Florence

A wonderful flat with all modern conveniences within walking distance of all important historical sites! The flat easily accommodates 4 adults. Our hostess was extremely helpful in providing a comprehensive orientation to the flat and gave very good recommendations for restaurants and sites. An outstanding vacation!!

Right on the Arno with a view of it from dining room and great neighborhood just a couple blocks from the Ponte Vecchio, we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful modern decor. Silvia helped us with all our needs. Very relaxing.

Fantastic Apartment; Great Location

The apartment was huge. Very modern decor, multiple levels. Small elevator so we took the stairs during our visit—very manageable but be aware if stairs are an issue for you. Property Manager met us, gave us a tour of the apartment & touched based frequently to ensure that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay at this property again & recommend it to friends.

Great host in a fabulous neighbourhood

How great to be just over the bridge from all the crowds and crush of Florence? Beautiful apartment and a great spot. I thought there were 2 double beds in each room, but there is just one in each room, so my teen boys had to share a bed, which was hilarious, but all went well and our stay was great. Sylvia couldn't be more accommodating. Great host.

Fall in Florence!

This property is truly unique! Incredible views of the ponte veccia bridge. Great location within walking distance to everything! Interesting art and decor throughout the property. Our host Silva went far beyond her role by helping us when my wife broke her foot halfway through our stay! She helped us get to the right hospital, get a cab when there were none and checked on her throughout! Can’t say enough good things! Will definitely come back the next time we are in Florence!

Excellent Stay in Florence

This is a fantastic property. From check-in to checkout, everything was great. Fantastic communication from Silvia, the owner, prior to our trip, after arriving in Florence (even after a delayed flight) and during our stay. The property itself is in a beautiful building right on the Arno river - but quiet at night and walkable to everything. Just outside the front door it coffee, gelato, and a nice restaurant/wine shop. The rooms are large and have comfortable bedding and nice bathrooms (note, both bedrooms are on one level with one bathroom - the other bathroom is on another level). Small but functional kitchen with Nespresso and water kettle - plus a fridge and stove/oven. The washing machine was a nice addition as well.

A perfect stay in Firenze!

From beginning to end, we had a wonderful time at this glorious apartment. Silvia was a terrific host and everything was as expected or better. Communication, location, decor, comfort et al were first class. The location could not be beat...just far enough from the crowds yet close enough to be in the middle of everything within two minutes. And, the design....you're in a showcase home with museum quality furnishings and art. Unbeatable. And, an added bonus were the elevator and reliable AC in the Florence summer heat. Overall, we could not be happier with the stay. Grazie mille, Silvia!
