Florence Apartment

This apartment was wonderful. Roberta and Paulo made the check in process easy and were so friendly and informative about the apartment and Florence sites and restaurants. The apartment was the perfect mix of new and modern with amazing hidden storage, atmospheric lighting and high end windows with old world charming vaulted ceilings and stone fireplace. The views of the duomo could not be beat.

Oltrarno with amazing Duomo bell tower view!

Absolutely stunning view and property! We loved staying in Oltrarno, just a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio and historic Florence. Roberta and Poalo are the best hosts. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 💕

Fantastic place

This was a great place to stay! It was close to restaurants and shops, not to mention a beautiful view! Roberta was attentive, but we didn’t need her throughout our stay. All was perfect! It was nice to have the air conditioning as well. Phew… it was hot outside. I highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous view from upscale apartment in Florence

Roberta and Paulo were perfect host for their lovely apartment just minutes walk away from all the major sites in Florence. Apartment was above our expeditions and was beautifully furnished. Paulo helped us with luggage and calling a taxi. Can't say enough nice things about this unit. Would highly recommend and plan to come back.

"Perfect Place to Unwind after a Day of Sightseeing!

The location is unbeatable, close to all the must-see sights, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. The view from the property is incredible—waking up to it each morning and winding down with it each evening truly added to the experience. The home itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. After a full day out, it was wonderful to come back and relax on the comfortable furniture, enjoy a cup of coffee, or even take in the sunset from the expansive windows. It has everything you need to feel at home and is equipped with all the amenities, making it a breeze to relax, cook, or just lounge around. Incredible apartment & location in Florence

This property is simply perfect. On a quiet street—shockingly—but just a few steps away from all the important sights and attractions. Very beautiful apartment—every detail considered. Beyond outstanding

Roberta and Paolo met us at the apartment to check us in and go over the fine details of the property. Once their home, the space is comfortable and well-appointed. The location in the Oltrano was perfect for all our roaming around. Without quailifcation, we highly recommend this property and its warm, engaging hosts. Katy

A beautiful marriage of modern conveniences and old world charm

Roberta and Paulo were the best. When we arrived they spent a lot of time going over where we were, things to see and how to get about. They were wonderful! The apt is located 2 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. Right where you want to be. Internet was great, AC was great and the bathrooms were beautiful. The apartment has such charm. Stayed for three days would absolutely come back!

Beautiful apartment in Oltrarno

We stayed at Roberta's beautiful apartment in early June. The location is really lovely, and much less busy than the other side of the river. The apartment has a beautiful view and many modern amenities. Roberta and her husband Paolo were very responsive to our questions. Only note is that cars are not allowed on most days in the neighborhood, so do not plan on bringing a car. Taxis are hard to find in the neighborhood as well, so you'll need to go to a cab stand.

Gorgeous Views From Florence Hilltop

Architecturally beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of Florence. Great location -- close enough to walk throughout Florence, but the hilltop is removed from street noise. We appreciated the steep walk as a cardio workout! Restaurants, bars, wine shops, excellent gelato, and grocery are nearby. The second bedroom, located in a loft overlooking the salon, is charming but does not provide privacy. Traveling with family, it worked fine for us. Roberta and Paulo are welcoming hosts, communicating in timely fashion and providing helpful recommendations. We look forward to returning soon!

Perfect in every way!

Wonderful way to start off our visit to Florence! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable in every way. Cozy, comfortable, clean. Perfect for two adult couples or a mom and her 2 adult children. The two bedrooms are on each side of the living area. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. We were greeted with a delicious bottle of Italian wine and lot's of restaurant recommendations by Roberta. She recommended and booked a wine tour for us and taxi's. She and her husband Paolo went above and beyond and truly exceeded our expectations as Hosts with their kindness, generosity and just overall help throughout our stay. The location of the apartment is a very short walk to the Duomo, and the view, did I mention, it is absolutely stunning! Perfect in every way, both my adult children and I can't wait to return!

Great location, beautiful apartment

The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with and the apartment itself is very beautiful. The photos, as nice as they are, don’t even show the true beauty of the place. From the apartment you can reach Piazzale Michelangiolo with a nice walk. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Roberta and Paolo for helping to make our vacation in Florence so nice!

Our stay in Florence was fantastic both with the extraordinary apartment, but even more so with Roberta’s warmth and hospitality as our hostess. The apartment is exponetionally better than the photos. The beautiful city and Duomo views from the unit are spectacular. The location is central to all Florence has to offer and the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Excellent restaurants are within a few minutes walk from the unit. Roberta was immeasurably pleasant to deal with in coordinating our stay, and her positive demenour and obvious love for her city and apartment that she shared with us upon our arrival made it all more special. Amazing place

Our family of 4 had the best vacation we could hope for. This beautiful apartment has an amazing location, and a breathtaking view will leave you only to wish for a longer stay. Great combination of classical and modern in this place, and with a history of its own (ask about the building history when you are there), will make your stay an exquisite one. Everything is close, and yet the area is very quiet. Roberta and Paolo were great hosts, and very helpful during the whole stay. Strongly suggest to take their recommendations for where to go and what to see in the area. Thank you very much for the hospitality, and looking forward to coming back for more...

In the heart of the city with a beautiful view

Beautiful Apartment With A Breathtaking View!

My family of four stayed here for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer! We were greeted by our lovely host, Roberta. She enthusiastically shared her love of the city and gave us fabulous recommendations. The apartment is on a quiet street in a sweet neighborhood, away from the crowds. We easily walked to all the major sites. The Palazzo Pitti and the Giardino di Boboli are just around the corner, as are many wonderful restaurants. The Ponte Vecchio is just an 8 minute walk away. The apartment is situated on the hillside, so it is a hike up to the apartment, but oh, the view! Every evening we opened the windows and enjoyed a delightful breeze and the sights and sounds of the city. We can't wait to come back!

Love, love, love this apartment! Spectacular views!

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment full of natural light! The views of the city of Florence are amazing. There is a spectacular view of the sunrise from the master bedroom or the living room. Our host was very gracious and took the time to make sure we had everything that we needed. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence!

We had a most warm welcome from Roberta and Paulo at their delightful apartment in San Nicolo They offered history of the city and good places to eat and visit. We had a great relaxing time there and would highly recommend it .

Outstanding location and property - a must on your shortlist

We had a wonderful stay at this great apartment, which has the best location, is spacious and well equipped, clean and gives the full Florence-experience. The location to good restaurants, not overrun by tourists is great. Also, the view from the apartment is unrivaled and is better than on the pictures. The owners are really attentive to your needs and goes out of their way to help you. A must on your shortlist.

Lovely and Modern Apartment

We spent two nights in Roberta's beautiful Florence apartment! The apartment is bright and inviting and has all the modern conveniences. There is a ton of lighting both natural and artificial...I have actually never seen so many light switches!. The master bedroom has a beautiful view. The apartment is up a very steep street - we're in pretty good shape for a couple of 60+ but we found it fatiguing after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, you must carry you luggage up a steep flight of stairs to the apartment which was okay for us but I could definitely see it as a challenge for some. Roberta was great about providing us information on the city in advance so we made sure to reserve tickets to the sights we wanted to see. She was flexible with our arrival time and greeted our son (who arrived first). We did have to re-set the breaker for the air conditioner half a dozen times while we were there but Roberta showed us how so it was not inconvenient. Overall, I would recommend Roberta's apartment (assuming the hill/stairs) are not a concern. Roberta is a warm and gracious hostess and she communicated with us before and throughout our visit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our house is located inside the former monastery of “Agostiniani Scalzi” and above the Church of Sant’Agostino and Santa Cristina, from the 17th century.
The apartment is spacious and characterized by open spaces. The large windows make it very bright and will allow you to enjoy the city views.
The main bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and a large bathroom, finely crafted with travertine marble with bathtub. The view from the bed is unique!
A sofa bed (1.50x1.90) is located on the mezzanine that opens onto the living room. This area is bright and there are no window blinds so skylights on the roof will allow you to fall asleep watching the stars of Florence sky.
The kitchen is steel and ebony and is equipped with 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, an espresso machine, kettle, all cutlery, pans and pots you need during your stay.
The apartment also has a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, a sink and a shoe rack.
