Gran Master más dos dormitorios más se encuentran en el segundo piso con su propia sala con televisión de pantalla plana y sofá cama. Arriba, cuentan con fabulosas vistas y cocina abierta, sala de estar y comedor que lo hacen perfecto para el entretenimiento. Great Views, Nice Pool and Comfortable Home

Sleeps 8 well with the 3 bedrooms and loft (2 to a bedroom). With a few improvements this could be a 5 star stay.Pros: the view and proximity to the beach, the pool, nice large living room with a game table (we used it a lot), all bedrooms very good size with comfortable beds. Home is clean and has good supply of kitchen “tools” to cook with. A comfortable home to relax in. Lauren is a responsive and helpful host. Cons: Needs two new sleeper sofas to accommodate more than 8 comfortably and a new dishwasher and stove. Overall we’d definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Wonderful time for a family vacation. Thankful for the beautiful home being located so close to the beach with easy access. It was great to bring our furry family members as well. The marriage proposal was a success with a definite YES !!

Paradise by the sea!

We loved everything about the house…the layout was perfect for our family, with three couples, two singles, and a child. The stairs were good exercise (you have to go up for the kitchen/family room and most of the bedrooms and down to driveway/pool), but I wouldn’t recommend it if any in your group are unable to do stairs. We had an issue with the fridge going out while we there, but Lauren was on top of things and constantly in touch, and got a new fridge in quickly. She was a great host and we so enjoyed being so close to the beach with a lovely view for morning coffee. We’d absolutely stay again!

First Timer on Saint George

First of all, staying in the plantation area was incredible. You get access to so much more span of the beach. The house was wonderful. Location was fantastic and the private pool was a great shaded area to cool off at during the heat of the day. The layout of the rooms were great and it was plenty of space for several people. The pullout couches aren't the most comfortable due to age and usage, but we purchased an air mattress and that did the trick. Communication with the owner was also spot on and Lauren was extremely easy to communicate with via text. I recommend this property for a number of reasons and we will hopefully be able to stay there again at some point.

Awesome week at “Yes Dear”

We loved our time! The house was equipped with everything we needed! Loved the location! The owners were excellent to work with, responded quickly with any questions. The pool was beautiful. All the beds were comfortable! A very short walk to the beach! We would love to come back next year!!

Great place, great location... not great communication from the owner.

The location of this property is great! Very short walk to beach. We had issues with the pool. The filter/pump kept stopping and the pool was always filled with leaves (which is what the pool guy said the problem was). The owner had to call the pool service almost every day and they most of the time just turned it off and on, which would only work for a bit and then stop again. The owner said she would give me a credit for the pool issues we had, as this was our main reason for staying at this location. It has been MONTHS, I message her every 2 weeks or so, and I have not received the refund yet. Very dissapointing

Just what we needed

We have rented numerous homes through VRBO. This was our favorite. Very comfortable. Really enjoyed our time.

Property Review: Yes Dear

The house was very nice and in great location (access to beach) with a nice view of Gulf (open lot in front of us provided nice views). All houses in Plantation community are on Septic and odors are noticeable. We had slight problem with odor in house, but property manager was prompt in taking care of it. Ice Maker in freezer did not work despite trying to turn off and on several times. We had a very nice time overall.

Wonderful stay!!

Home was perfect for our family of seven! Bottom floor is lanai and pool access. First floor is three bedrooms, tv area with pull out couch, and laundry facilities. Master bedroom is huge with private small deck for keeping an eye on the pool but even better for camping under the stars with the hubs. (Shocked at how close the stars were.) Three full baths on this floor!! Second floor is an open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and lovely living room. We never figured out the fireplace, but Netflix was a pleasant surprise. There was a game box with family activities and puzzles! There is a tiny third floor with small bedroom and amazing view. The pool was absolutely perfect, heated and a wonderful size for our small family to have serious marco polo competitions. Little pool waterfall is the heater. Beach is a 3 minute walk. Literally a boardwalk away. Biggest seashells we have ever seen on a beach. We had a local photographer (Kaila Bruner) do family pics and they turned out fabulous! Absolutely no complaints. Better in person than pics! Thank you! ❤️

Great house amazing locatjon

We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean and super comfortable, perfect for a big group. The private pool is a major plus and location directly across from an open lot on the beach is amazing perfect, better than we expected! Some room darkening curtains would be my only suggestion for improvement. Definitely somewhere we’d love to come to again! Thanks for a great vacay!

Beautiful views, tons of space

We traveled with two other couples in March. The heated pool was awesome. Quick walk to the beach. There is tons of room in this house. We appreciated the extra towels, soap etc that were in place. Owners were super nice and accessible. Thanks again, can’t wait to return to the Plantation
