The large screened entertainment area under the home with enormous outdoor fan features an outdoor dining table, fish cleaning sink, outdoor fridge, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a half bathroom. The stunning resort-style swimming pool with lounge chairs and pergola offers the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy coastal breezes and features a separate private hot tub, dune walkover with separate sun terrace, beach volleyball court, and additional outdoor shower.

The private dock features a covered deck with picnic table, and the table at the end of the dock provides unparalleled views of Little SGI, the Bay, and the Gulf. Steps lead to a small white sandy beach area, perfect for casting a net or launching a kayak. Please note that swift currents in Bob Sykes Cut make swimming off the dock unadvisable. Guests are encouraged to swim on the Gulf beach nearby. Boats cannot be tied to the dock outside of loading and unloading. The use of the boat lifts is not permitted.

The ground floor's enclosed foyer stairs lead to the floors above. The bunk room on the ground floor is accessed from the screen entertainment area and provides additional sleeping for 6. The elevator is available for guest use.

The first floor's living area is sure to be a favorite gathering spot, and features a fabulous billiards table, a large sectional sofa (sleeper) and flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the large screen porch overlooking the pool area and Bob Sikes Cut. The SE corner of the first floor provides a large laundry room with separate utility sink, perfect for large families and nannies to stay organized. The NE queen bedroom on the first floor offers a full bathroom with large walk-in shower, and flat screen TV. The NW king bedroom features a flat screen TV, screen porch access that provides stunning views of the Cut and a full bathroom with a beautiful blue tile walk-in shower. The SW king bedroom with love seat features stunning views of the Gulf and the Cut and has screen porch access and a full bathroom with large bath, double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second floor of Above the Cut is the heart of the home and features an open plan with stunning coastal chic décor, panoramic views of the Gulf, Cut, Bay, and Little SGI. The fabulous chef's kitchen with double oven, glass cooktop, 2 dishwashers, and loads of counter and storage space provides everything needed to create beachside feasts. There is plenty of seating for hungry beach vacationers, with 6 counter stools, and large custom cypress dining table that seats 12, and a breakfast table that seats 4. Served by the guest elevator, this space features a breakfast bar with fridge and glass top dining table with chairs, a fabulous king sleigh bed, flat screen TV, a comfy chaise for relaxing with a good book and a refreshing beverage, and private balcony with unparalleled sweeping vistas of the Forgotten Coast.
