Casa 23 boasts magnificent uninterrupted views across the valley of Lake Vinuela to Mount Maroma. It is stepped into the hillside on the outskirts of the typical Spanish whitewashed village of Los Romanes. Casa 23 has a private 8 x 4 pool with shallow steps to a graduated pool from appx 1metre to 1.8metres in depth. There are many large terraces with ample room for sunbathing or shade. There is a covered part of the terrace which offers shade and ideal for alfresco dining. There is also a brick built BBQ.
The villa is well equipped with Air con to all bedrooms and sitting room ( these can also be used as heating in the winter). There is free Wifi, UK TV channels and bluetooth speaker.
The sitting/dining room has 2 large sofas and 2 easy chairs, dining table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD player, bluetooth speaker. The stairs can be secured by using the stair gate when little ones are about(available on request). The patio doors lead out onto the shaded veranda of the upper terrace which has a dining table and 6 chairs plus some cane chairs for more comfort. There are many games, books and binoculars in the cupboard for the guests use. Oh and a large log burner for winter evenings. Plus a fire extinguisher.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, large fridge, cooker with gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer etc. Plus lots of worktops and cupboard space. We generally have a well stocked herb/spice cupboard and all tea/coffee essentials. All cleaning products are supplied.
There is a fire blanket and extinguisher.
The master bedroom has a 2metre bed which can be split into 2 singles if so desired. This bedroom has and ensuite wet room. Plus ample wardrobe space. There are double doors that lead onto the lower terrace, with views to the Lake and Mount Maroma
Bedroom 2 has a 1.90metre double bed with views to the lake too. Fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with inbuilt safe
Family bathroom with shower over.
The villa is double glazed with tilt and turn windows all are fitted with sun roller blinds and mosquito blinds.
There are many terraces to find shade and relax there is a mature garden with rotary washing line. Below the pool area there is an Olive/Almond grove, beautiful in spring with the almond blossom. If you lose your ball in there when in the pool you will not get it back!
The pool area is gated and secure. There is a life saving ring attached to the wall. There is an outside shower.
We provide all bed linen, towels and pool towels.
