Very nice flat, has everything you would need. Clean and comfortable and a great location. An excellent view of the beach from the flat, and it's walking distance from the beach and the town centre; though it is a steep, if short, walk back.

Beautiful views

Lovely apartment, clean and had everything we needed during our stay Quiet area with on site parking. Short walk to St Ives , train station and beach across the road. Steep walk back to apartment, not ideal if mobility is an issue

WOW!!

The apartment was fantastic, exceptionally clean, spacious, included everything we needed, parking, a five minute walk to spoons…but it was that view that was amazing. Overlooking Porthminster Beach and the railway station. The weather wasn’t always great, but you can sit by the window with a cuppa and it’s feels like you’re on the beach, but keeping dry. And at night, lie on the sofa bed and listen to the waves. Great to be in the centre of St Ives and any questions, Marie was just a text away.

Das Appartement war sauber und entsprach ziemlich genau dem Inserat. Schade, die Parkplätze waren wirklich sehr eng und man musste ziemlich manövrieren.

Comfortable, roomy apartment overlooking Porthminster Beach in St. Ives at a good price. We greatly enjoyed our stay and made good use of the very short walk to the bus terminal. The steep uphill walk from town was okay for us, but might be a problem for some people. The only other slight drawback of the apartment is that one must start the water heater well ahead of time if you want a hot shower. We sometimes forgot and got a cool one. (Note: Description says 4 minute walk to St. Ives Station. That’s the bus, not the train station. If you arrive by train with luggage, take a cab.)

Such a great find in st Ives

So glad we found this property, was perfect for our little family of 4 (2 adults, 1 year old and 5 year old) amazing view of Porthminster beach and generally close to everything in st Ives (as close as you can feel with all the hills haha) great to have a parking space you can see from the room too! Marie was super helpful and lovely! Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you :)

Perfectly located appartment with stunning view. Short walking distance to shops, Beach, Bus and Train. Very comfortable Bed. Lovely furnished. We would book it again anytime.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with parking and easy walk into St Ives. Well cared for apartment clean and warm with wonderful views across PORTHMINSTER BAY. Small kitchenette which functions well. would be happy to stay again.

Short break in St Ives

Easy to book. Good communication with owner. Location was good for walking distance to all beaches. Accommodation excellent. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

We loved staying here for a wet week in Nov. The property was snug and perfect for what we needed. Parking was an amazing benefit.

We felt very lucky to find this little gem of a flat in st. Ives. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including laundry facilities on site. The location is easy to find and access from outside of St. ives and easy walking distance to everything. The best bit was most certainly the stunning view from the living room. We could have sat there all day! We will be back!

Fantastic location Amazing view 5 mins walk down to beach Very clean and tidy Kitchen had everything you would need Fireworks on the beach on last night just made the mini break! Husband enjoyed leaning out the window watching trains!

St Ives can be wild and rugged, trust us we've experienced winds and horizontal rain, and St Ives can be the warmest, sunniest beach resort in the UK, we love it all winds and weathers. There's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes!

Sharing the top floor of this apartment block gives us the privacy and views that are second to none. Cosy and warm in the winter and light and airy in the summer.
