Tucked away high on the hillside overlooking Kaminia Beach and the southernmost tip of Kefalonia below, Kaminia Beach Villa offers the perfect setting for total relaxation in unrivalled surroundings.
The emphasis here is definitely on outdoor living, with an inviting, infinity pool providing the backdrop and scintillating sea views in the distance. That’s not to say that the interior is any less impressive! Three modern bedrooms, all with an en-suite to provide maximum comfort and all with balconies to benefit from the sea views ahead make up the upper floor, whilst downstairs you’ll find the fourth bedroom, a spacious, open-plan living and dining area and plenty of natural light. Patio doors lead out to the stunning veranda which is home to a built-in BBQ; perfect for trying out your grilling skills whilst soaking up the Ionian sun.
The popular resort of Skala and nearby village of Ratzilki is a short distance away from this hilltop haven.
Please note the entrance to the villa is on the upper floor and stairs lead down to the main living area.
