Nuestra casa tiene que ver con la ubicación, en Fothillls of Boulder West of Broadway, a 1 minuto a pie del lago Wonderland y senderos para caminatas interminables, a pasos de NoBo, a 5 minutos de Downtomn Boulder.

Tranquilo, naturaleza, árboles, pájaros, pacífico. Nunca hemos escuchado a nuestros vecinos.

      A 1 minuto a pie del Wonderland Lake Trail System, en un vecindario familiar tranquilo y hermoso, rodeado de espacios abiertos y naturaleza, a 5 cuadras del moderno vecindario NoBo con variedad de restaurantes, cafetería, supermercado Organic Boutique, Yoga, Pilates, Biblioteca y mucho más.

Concepto de vida abierto, dos niveles, con una sala de estar en cada nivel, y solo una habitación en un nivel con una cama King California muy cómoda. Ofrece privacidad.
Piscina salina que sirve solo al pequeño vecindario HOA, al lado de las dos canchas de tenis. Todos los pasos desde las estribaciones con impresionantes vistas. 4 raquetas de tenis de calidad.

great location which is a short drive from pearl street. outside the condo, there's a trail that leads to a playground and a great trail around wonderland lake. you can also watch paragliding from here. short walk to Lucky's cafe, market, and bakery. condo has every cooking tool you could possibly need. kitchen, living area, and 2 bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom and gameroom downstairs. good toy selection which saved us on some rainy afternoons. loved the neighborhood it was located in. Maria is very responsive.

Beautiful area & very relaxing

Wonderful location, great walking trail minutes from the condo, quiet friendly neighborhood. Maria was wonderful! The coffee maker was not working & she went out of her way to bring another one over as well as some coffee! Kitchen was stocked nicely with utinsels. Beds were comfy! Only small suggestion would be it would be nice if the 2 bedrooms without AC had fans. We had a fantastic time & I would recommend this condo to others.

Decent place to stay

This rental was a decent place to stay. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of dishes, which was helpful. On the other hand, we couldn’t sit outside because there were not enough cushions for the chairs and the landscaping needed some work. Everything was overgrown. Our teenage kids slept in the bedroom with the two beds, and no air conditioning came through the vent. They were so hot that we had to buy a fan for their room and open the windows for them to actually sleep comfortably. It’s not a bad place. It just definitely needs some upkeep. We stayed in Colorado Springs two summers ago, and that VRBO was amazing for about the same price as this one.

Charming Town-Home in Great Neighborhood

This little gem was a perfect place and location for our family reunion. My husband & I and our 2 adult daughters took full advantage of the beautiful saline pool and adjoining tennis courts. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you might need for preparing meals at home. Lots of room downstairs for playing games. It was one of the few places I could find that had a king-size bed, and all the beds and bedding were of high quality. Close-by was a beautiful lake to walk around and the local market was also a 5 minute walk. Next time we visit Boulder, we will definitely try to book our stay there again!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

This space exceeded our expectations and was quite spacious and inviting at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the proximity to the park, a heated outdoor pool, restaurants, and many other great destinations in Boulder. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Not clean! But owner was somewhat nice

The house was not clean, laundry in the washer and dryer, garbage still in the bathroom can, cobwebs, multiple dirty sponges in kitchen sink, used bar soaps in both the bathrooms, shampoo and conditioners we community based....not personal bottles. Also my child stepped on a sharp nail of some sort that was in the children’s rug on the floor. I tried to get it out with my fingers but couldn’t. I contacted the owner about these issues and she brought over new soaps, tissues and new sponges. And offered to come and remove the nail and sweep up the cobwebs. There was also dirt and crumbs on the bed sheets in the lower level bedroom. The house is deceiving from the pictures. You are unable to view the mountains from the property. The community pool was very nice. The upstairs bed was super comfortable. Closet doors did not shut all the way. The home looked as it was a flip home and owner construction. Disappointing but it was a place for my family to sleep. We did not spend a lot of time there

Pleasant Stay in a lovely town.

The location was perfect. It is situated in a very safe neighborhood and close to shopping restaurants and not far from the heart of town. The downstairs ensuite is fabulous and the townhouse has a lot of great light. We could have used more bath towels and dish towels. Two dish towels are not adequate when several people are staying in the same house. Also, it would be helpful to have instructions on where to put the recycled and regular trash on the property. Although the owners did offer their phone number to answer any questions that arose. The king and queen beds were comfy and wonderful down comforters are supplied.

Well-Appointed, Cozy Rental

I rented this property for my employer's visit to Boulder, and her time there was comfortable, easy, and restful. North Boulder is a hip little area with many good restaurants and natural foods markets. The home is adjacent a fantastic walking trail around Wonderland Lake. The owner, Maria, was flexible and kind throughout the entire process. We hope to rent again the next time we're in Boulder!

Great Boulder location

Great house for our Moms' weekend away. Spacious, clean, comfy. We spent all our time drinking wine on the deck. Very close to great hikes, delicious restaurants. The perfect place for our reunion!

Absolutely the BEST!

This is the best experience we’ve every had with VRBO and we’ve had a lot of great ones! Maria is a very sweet hostess and was quickly attentive to any need we had. The house is as described, with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and just a few minute walk to beautiful Wonderland Lake. The location is convenient to everything Boulder. We loved our visit and highly recommend staying in this lovely home. Thanks, Maria!

Great condo and location!

Loved the location of this property! Being just steps from the trail was great, we enjoyed early morning and after supper hikes. I also loved the huge bath tub!! It was so relaxing, especially after hiking. I would definitely stay here again. Owners were very helpful and gave great information on things to do and their favorite places to eat in Boulder. They were also very responsive to any questions I had.
