11 mile drive to Folsom Field, CU Buffaloe games!!! This spacious home is centrally located within 3 mins of downtown Erie, 25 mins downtown Denver and 15 mins downtown Boulder. This beautiful neighborhood is family friendly offering multiple private parks, dog park, walking trails, basketball courts, fishing reservoir etc.

The master suite is more than roomy, offering an adjustable king tempur-pedic, separate sitting area with desk, private walk out deck and is equipped with a huge bathroom wing with a separate shower, giant soaking bathtub, his/ hers sinks and a private enclosed bathroom.

On the same floor as the master suite are 2 more larger bedrooms offering a jack and jill his/hers sinks and a separate private enclosed full shower/bathroom.

The main floor is an open concept design. Which includes a living room, separate family room, 1/2 bath, granite counters, island kitchen, a full length dining room, beautiful stainless appliances, hardwood floor throughout home, walk out deck w/ grill, patio table and sitting area etc.

We are a family of four whom travels often. When we are home we have our own private apartment completely separate from our guests. Entrances/ exits are separate.

Our goal is for you to have an awesome experience and create memories!!

It was roomy and nice. Close to the Walmart and other things. It was a little strange with the owners things there. Like in the kids bedroom and then not really having a place to hang up clothes. But after about 4 days it was ok.

We had a great stay for nearly a week. The host is quick to respond and the home is just lovely. It was decorated for the holidays and our family felt very warm and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Spacious and very comfortable. Located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to walking trail around a scenic reservoir. The hosts had decorated the property for Halloween which our grandchildren loved. The hosts generously provided lotions, shampoos, toiletries which made travel very convenient.

Thanks to the gracious hosts for sharing this space. All reviews of the property were accurate - It's a great location and provided all the amenities as promised. The property has a very lived-in feel, with personal items and photos around, so it's worth knowing it feels more like staying in someone's home than a traditional rental. That said, it was impressively well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Very convenient!

Nice place

The check in was great. House was nice. All the bedrooms were upstairs. My only complaint was at nighttime the rooms got a little warm. There was no way of turning the air conditioner down to make it cooler at nighttime. Overall it was a good stay.

I wanted to like this property because the owners were so nice and responsive. Unfortunately, this property was a disappointment. One of my primary reasons for choosing this property was the spacious 3700 square feet in the description. However, I think the actual living space available was at least 1000 feet less. Additionally, the house has odd flooring in some upstairs spaces; the master bathroom has black rubber squares, like you would put in a garage, and one of the guest rooms has a kind of unfinished corkboard on the floor. As other renters mentioned mentioned, because the owners live here, every drawer and closet is full of their personal belongings, so there is no where to unpack your stuff. Medicine cabinets and light fixtures aren't hung straight. The ceiling fan in one bedroom was missing a remote, so we could not adjust the fan speed or turn on the light. I had to "borrow" a lamp from the hallway to help light this room instead. The grass in the yard had not been recently mowed, so it was too long for my kids to enjoy playing out there. Dishes were few. For example, there were only six bowls in the cabinet, and several of them had chips in them. Both showers had some mildew in them. The lamp you see hanging in the picture of the master bedroom isn't hooked up to any electricity. Overall, the house was not up to the quality I believe I paid for, and I would not stay again.

Home away from home

If you want to stay in a vrbo in the Denver area that is like a home away from home this is it!! This was the cutest home, in a great area, and very easy check in and out. I would highly recommend this house! We loved our stay. Thank you so much for quick responses and your hospitality.

Erie home in great neighborhood

The home was clean & comfortable. It was perfect for our stay as the location was ideal & close to friends & family that live less than a mile away. Communication with the host was always easy as he was very responsive & helpful! It did feel like the house has permanent residents that rent out their home as there were lots of personal items around & packages delivered. However they were very respectful & gave us our privacy & it ended up just feeling like you were staying at a friends place.

Unpacking for the stay

We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The only thing that was an issue was we had no where to put our clothes and such once we arrived. There were no closets available nor any drawers to put clothes in. They are all full of I assume, the owners clothes. We felt a little awkward, so we just lived out of our suitcases. Other than their personal items being there, which again, was just awkward for us, it was great.Jeanine

Nice house, but no place for clothes

This house was very nice. However you felt like the owners had just left for the week and left everything of theirs in place. There was literally no open drawers to put away your clothes. In every room each drawer was filled with the owners clothes. We were there for 5 nights and didn't expect to have to live out of our suitcases. There were childrens toys everywhere in the house as well as on the front porch. They were neatly stacked against the walls or on shelves but still you felt like you were in someone else's house. We had a small issue with getting into the house. Not the owners fault, the batteries died in the lock. The owners were VERY responsive and dealt with the situation.

A Good Place To Stay

Communication is good. We enjoyed our stay. Amenities (kitchen, technology, appliances, etc) are good. The house is clean and the location worked well. It’s noteworthy a couple of flooring materials are unexpected but have no impact on the stay. The house is maintained with an occasional need for paint here and there. Upon arrival, check main level windows-doors are previous renter left all the windows unlocked. All in all we’re pleased and would rent again

Great place to stay when visiting Boulder

We stayed while visiting our son who goes to UC for parents weekend. It’s quiet, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy drive to Boulder and Denver. Great host. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

This was our only choice for the Lafayette area that allowed us to host a small gathering for our wedding party during our stay. This was a greatly appreciated benefit of our stay which was wonderful; it felt like we were hosting from our home. We had plenty of room and most everything we needed. There is a reservoir nearby with a nice walking path and the neighborhood is quaint. The hosts were easy to work with too. If you are looking for a luxury stay, this is not the place, but if you need a place you and your family can relax in, this is a great choice.

Great stay!

Great location in a neighborhood with a nice sidewalk and other walking paths close by! Close to Boulder and other cool towns. We have a little one who traveled with us, the owner was very accommodating and had age appropriate necessities and toys we were able to use during our stay. The owner was very quick to respond to messages before and during our stay! Overall a great experience!

Great location

Safe and quiet neighborhood, just a couple of minutes drive from downtown Erie. The house was clean and spacious with all the kitchen amenities that were needed to prepare our own meals. The beds were comfortable and everything in the house was in working order. The host was easy to get in touch with and check-in was smooth. Thanks

Family Home in Erie

Property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is obviously a family’s home. It was easy to find from the interstate and a good location for us to get to the bolder boulder.
