Beautiful villa Trogir 2 with sea view- 2 min from the beach

Villa Trogir 2 is situated on the island of Ćiovo, 300 meters of the city center Trogir, 100 meters from the beach. Villa is charming house built in modern style, in a green area with outside pool, sunbeds and barbecue. The sunny terraces are arranged to make most of the morning and evening hours with a beautiful view of the Trogir historic center, beach and beautiful summer sunsets and sky full of stars. The villa has 5 bedrooms each one with its own bathroom, big living room with modern kitchen full equipped and outside swimming pool with solar shower. As well, villa consists of one inside garage for two cars, also the whole villa is covered with free Wi-Fi. The accommodation has a capacity for 10 people. On the beach you can enjoy in the beach coffee bar and your children can have fun in the aqua park while you are drinking your coffee. While on the island you can visit many touristic attractions and local beaches. Trogir, UNESCO protected town, is just 300 meters away where you can enjoy in sightseeing and local restaurants and bars. You can visit as well, the second largest Croatian city and according to many, the most beautiful city in the world, city of Split. Split is situated 20 kilometers away from Trogir. You can go there by car, take a bus from Trogir or by boat. Airport Split is situated less than 10 minutes by car. The Krka National Park is less than one hour away, it offers crystal clear waterfalls and beautiful landscape. If you search a place for vacation, our villa is a perfect choice where you can relax and enjoy your time with family or group of friends.

Fantastic rooms in the perfect location. Bright , clean, modern and luxurious. View was excellent, and everything we needed was nearby. Owners were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic villa for a family holiday

Excellent location - so close to Trogir and ferries that you don’t need a car. Could not fault the villa and hosts were so friendly and accommodating. They had great recommendations for taxi/ private tour options including boat trips. A visit to Krka falls is a must

Excellent all round.- stayed for 2 weeks, two families and 9 in total- Villa is amazing and as advertised. Finished to a very high spec, immaculately clean, and plenty big enough for 2 x families. - Goran was incredibly helpful, quick responses to messages, arranged transfers, taxis and boat private hire.- location is perfect - great views of Trogir. A few minutes walk to the sea, to a bakery, to a supermarket and takeaways. About 10minute stroll to the beautiful town of Trogir.- Highly recommend staying here for easy access to Trogir, ferry over to Split, boat trips to explore Croatian coast

Fantastic Holiday

We had a wonderful week staying in this lovely villa. The house had everything we needed and was an easy walk into the centre of Trogir Old Town, with its beautiful buildings and wide selection of lovely restaurants, shops, etc. The whole family loved it and we’d come back any time! Thanks Goran, it was a fantastic week.

Stunning villa in a beautiful location

We all had an amazing week in Villa Trogir 2. The communication with Goran before we arrived and during our stay was exceptional - he always replied promptly and went above and beyond to look after us. The villa was immaculately clean and had everything you need. The rooms were all lovely and the beds comfortable. We can't sing the praises of the outdoor area and gorgeous views highly enough. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed having a barbecue one evening. The bakery, a short walk away, was wonderful and we had some lovely meals in Trogir. We definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Villa with an unforgettable view

We loved our holiday in this impressive villa. The villa has an outstanding view over the medieval town of Trogir - a short ten minute walk to the bustling streets, shops and restaurants. And a lovely bakery just around the corner. The villa itself is fantastic - really well appointed and lovely decor, lots of storage, wonderful infinity pool, barbecue, and gym, sauna and hot tub. The owner was responsive and helpful with any request we had and the welcome pack was really generous. The beaches on the other side of the island were our favourites - 15 minutes in a taxi. The driver arranged by the owner was totally reliable and responsive. We had a great day chartering a boat and skipper to take us to some beautiful islands and sights that Croatia offers. Lovely memories of our holiday here.

This villa made our holiday special

This villa was everything we hoped it would be, and more! We booked this villa for a family group of 9 adults and a 3 month old for 10 days and there was plenty of space for all of us. Goran and his wife are friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages. They met us and showed us around the villa when we arrived. They also helped and advised us during our stay. The accommodation is immaculate - it’s like new inside. The villa is finished to the highest specs, and has everything you could possibly need, including a welcome package of wine and chocolates! It really made our holiday special having a beautiful and comfortable space to enjoy ourselves.The views from the balcony are beautiful, looking out to the old town and especially watching the sun setting behind the hills. The pool was a welcome way of cooling down from the heat - and pool towels are provided. The BBQ is a great way to spend the evening. Trogir old town is a lovely medieval city filled with loads of great bars and restaurants. We didn’t have a single bad meal there. We enjoyed walking around the city, taking in the sights during the day and enjoying the energy in the evenings. We'd like to say a big thank you to Goran and hiswife for the time and care they took to make our stay enjoyable.

Comfortable and thoughtfully designed villa!

The location was convenient and beautiful. There is a residential garden directly in front of the villa (belonging to a neighbor) that gives the villa a sense of space and privacy). The outdoor spaces were amazing (upstairs balconies off two of the bedrooms look out to the water and nearby town of Trogir; the main floor outdoor space opened up seamlessly to the central areas of the house). The house was spotless and well appointed. All the materials and fixtures were solid and high quality; the furnishings were new and comfortable. (The house, actually all of Trogir, is under the flight path of Split airport, but the windows and doors are so solid that it is easy to block out the noise when you are inside). Overall, we had a great family stay in Goran's villa. And Goran was attentive and available any time we had any questions. Ping Pong table in the garage and fully equipped gym with a bathroom and shower on the lower level were bonuses.

Great stay, Great Location, Trogir is like a dream!

Everything was perfect! The house has all you might want or need, it has a modern a clean vibe, top notch appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen, we even cooked for 9 people!!! The pool has an amazing view of Trogir and the sunsets are gorgeous. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to walk back to the house after a day at the beach or after a long tour and jump into the pool or use the sauna or hot tub. A 5 min walk will take you to Trogir where you can submerge in history and have excellent food and the BEST Gelato, even options for our Gluten free needs (which was difficult to find in Split). The hosts are amazing people, very helpful and reachable at all times, they even came to do a light cleaning twice. They welcomed us at the house with fruit, coffee, cheese and prosciutto, water and juice in the fridge and delicious local pastries. Whitin 5 min walk you can find bakeries, groceries stores, even “fast food”. All the tours offerings are amazing do not let pass the chance to rent a scooter and roam around the island !!! Goran, the host contacted us with a taxi van we used for doing short tours to Split, Kris and even to Krka National Park. The only but I could think of is that the house is right on the airport path, if you are inside the house you barely hear them…only if you are outside. Nothing terrible and you quickly get used to it. The plus, is you are 15’ from the airport. The whole experience was beyond AMAZING! I will come back to Villa Trogir!
