The apartament is located on the 2nd floor of a charming building with lift, guaranteeing comfort and accessibility.

The space has a cosy atmosphere and features a large entrance hall leading to an open space furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The open kitchen is complete with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and induction hob, as well as a dishwasher to maximise your convenience during your stay.

The living area overlooks a quiet inner courtyard, ensuring a pleasant quietness. A large balcony furnished with a table and chairs offers the opportunity to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the open air, in total relaxation.

The bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower, also includes a washing machine to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

For entertainment and relaxation, the house is equipped with a Smart TV, providing access to a wide range of content.



We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
