Welcome Studio 36 is an Italian style studio apartment designed for your comfortable stay in Milan. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
Air conditioning and fast WIFI connection.
The apartment is very quiet, even though it is located in a lively area, with restaurants, bars, wine bars, ice cream shops and supermarkets within a 2-minute walk.
Trams and buses take you to the Duomo in 15 minutes, or in 30 minutes walk.
Well served by public transport to the city, Rho Fiera Milano, the train station and the airports. Linate airport is only 10 minutes away by taxi or 20 minutes by public transport.

Space
In the studio apartment you will find a comfortable double bed, a complete and equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer (no dishwasher), sofa bed for 1 person and dining table.
The bathroom has a window, a large shower, a washing machine, there is no bidet but a hand shower, comfortable and hygienic.
The apartment is very quiet, located in the internal courtyard, for your peaceful sleep after a day visiting the city. First floor with lift, internal courtyard.

This area between Porta Vittoria and Porta Romana is lively, even the most famous stylists have chosen this area for their showrooms (Prada, Etro, Moschino, Miu Miu etc.).

Access for guests
Guests have access to the entire apartment, you have to cross the internal courtyard of the building and come to the first floor (lift available). There are no steps to climb.

For arrivals/departures during the night, self check in is available, otherwise I always welcome guests in person and ask them to inform about their arrival time to organize the check in meeting.
Upon arrival, the identity document or passport of each person staying is required for the registration required by Italian law.

Other things to keep in mind: There is a low step to get into the bathroom.
