A lovely, private, and quiet location in Brewster. Tom’s garage apartment, nestled among the trees, is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Tom was a gracious host and even though we never met him (he was away), he checked in with us to make sure everything was okay with our arrival.You won’t regret staying here!

This is a wonderful place for couples and singles to stay. Good location, everything you need, tons of privacy. Tom is an excellent host and great with communication. We love the outdoor shower and the Yeti cooler!

Our lodging was very nice and Tom was a very good host. We rated our stay at a 4 because of the way the towns of Cape Cod operated their beaches. Town controlled beaches had very limited parking. Parking permits were required and could only be purchased online daily or for the season for each town. The town beaches on the bay side were fabulous at low tide especially. National park beaches were beautiful with great facilities and plenty of parking.

This is a great property. Very relaxing, and has most everything needed. The location is great with easy access to all local stops in Brewster and beyond. Tom is a great host as well. I can't wait to get back there next year!

Felt like home

Great stay that exceeded our expectations. Beautiful space. Fun and kind host. Exceptionally neat. Perfect area - central and very calm. Great suggestions - restaurants and beaches and biking. Shower outdoors/stairs may be issue for older people but was a fun part for us.

Tranquil space.

The property situated over a garage is quiet and peaceful. The windows look directly into a tree lined canopy. The space is larger than I imagined and provided a wonderful home base to travel to all areas of the Cape. The hosts were great. We’ll be back!!

My husband & I found the garage apartment comfortable and well appointed. Loved the outdoor shower! Felt like “glamping” to me with the wooded setting and smell of knotted pine walls & open cathedral ceiling. Great location too.

Large studio space above 2 car garage. One flight of stairs. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need, including beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, canvas bags, etc. No indoor shower, but standard cape outdoor shower. Good internet and TV.

This location had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The host Tom was quick to respond if needed. Loved how nice the place was decorated. Helpful brochures with suggestions of places to go and things to do.

Fantastic spot for couple

The property has everything you need for a fantastic experience on the Cape. From beach equipment to reading materials. From great suggestions by the owner to a comfy space to come home to at the end of a busy day. We’ve now stayed here twice and would highly recommend it!

What a great experience staying at Host Tom and Marcia’s studio tree house. They supplied all that was needed for a clean, comfortable, quiet and welcoming stay. One of a Kind!

I loved this natural cabin-in the-woods style unit. It is clean and feels new with a lovely fresh pine scent. I think most people will fall in love with it. Beautiful location. Off the beaten path but with quick access to Brewster and OrleansIt sits atop a clean, handsome second structure on the property. that can serve as a garage, but do not be thrown by the garage doors, It is totally quiet, there was no other activity; we had the entire structure to ourselves. it is a lovely place, ensconced among many trees - a great find. Tom and Marcia made sure we comfortably settled and gave us their number for any questions. This is a goodie!

Great place & AWESOME hosts!

Great place to stay, very comfortable and outdoor shower was great. Tom and Marcia are great hosts and a lot of fun. Personal bike tour of beaches and local haunts was a bonus! Marcia is an excellent photographer - ask about her pictures to memorialize your stay - we did and got 4 great pictures to take home.

Our studio is affordable and perfect for a solo traveler or a romantic couple's getaway. We are close to the Brewster Bay Beaches and a short drive to the popular Nauset and Coast Guard Beaches on the ocean side. We are centrally located with easy access to beaches, the rail trail, fishing, golf courses, fine restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife.

We are privately run and live on this property in the main house. We are very familiar with the area and can answer most of your questions about the best and most popular places to visit during your stay. The studio is above a stand-alone garage so there is plenty of privacy from the main house to the studio with a separate entrance. We respect our guest's privacy and only communicate as needed or requested by the guest via text or calls. This unit is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS.
