Clean and Cute Brewster Cottage

Relax at this beautifully updated cottage just .1 mi to Cape Cod Rail Trail and 1 mile to Brewster's amazing beaches.

This cozy vacation home will be a relaxing place to spend time while you return from riding a bike on the CCRT or strolling the miles of sand on the famous Brewster Flats. The bedroom has a queen bed and you'll have a separate room with two twin beds, so extra private space for kids. The eat-in kitchen has gas stove and microwave along with full size fridge. There's a porch in front and a deck out back where you can bbq and eat or relax. Escape the heat with central A/C, or have a refreshing outdoor shower when you come back from the beaches.
There's a dedicated parking space for two vehicles (tandem). Come enjoy the quiet side of the lower cape!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute and cozy cottage. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient to local attractions. The host was gracious and prompt in his communication. Thank you!

While hard to tell from pics, this is a true cape cod cottage, not a house. It's small but it is quite modern with well equipped kitchen. I love an outdoor shower and this one was very nice. One bathroom is fine for a couple or young kids. Teenagers might feel a little cramped. Tom was easy to reach.Location is great for a quiet bayside vacation. Closest beach is .8 mi straight down street. Rail trail is 100 yds. Restaurants are close as is a supermarket. Other cottages are very close as is typical of a cape cod cottage community but it's a nice neighborhood . Definitely enjoyed.

Host was very communicative. The outdoor shower wasn’t working when we got there but he has a plumber out to fix it within a few days. The place was very clean. It is small, and felt a little too tight for a family of 4. Also the beds were so soft which I hate and my back suffered. But if you like a soft squishy bed I guess this is great for you. It was as described and very clean but the washer / dryer are shared by the condos and coin operated which I wasn’t aware of until I got there.

Cute little place in a great location close to the Rail Trail. We enjoyed the place for a week and found it perfect for our needs. Everything was as advertised and the place was clean and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals there and found the kitchen well supplied. Excellent place.

Went on a quick getaway for our family. Place seems newly renovated, so it was very clean. Great location, close to beaches and restaurants. Would stay again!

Nice and Cozy Cottage

Not on a busy street but easy access to main roads, parks and beaches. Grocery store and restaurants nearby make it deal for a small family to spend time together to unwind and relax.

Perfect vacation.

The cottage was absolutely perfect for my vacation! Not only was it exceptionally clean and in a great area, it had the little extras like board games for the slight rainy days. Even suggestions of what to do in the area and tips for where to eat. Definitely will be stay again.

Wonderful getaway

The cottage was perfect. The owner was very accommodating and welcoming. My husband and I stayed for a short honeymoon and it was just the right amount of space. The property was clean and had everything you would need. We truly loved this cottage and hope to return again. Truly a beautiful gem!

Our children and their families rented a house near by so we spent the days together and went back to the quiet retreat of the cottage.

An overall great stay. Cottage was clean, neat and the perfect size for our small family. Check in and check out was very easy. Tom was very responsive to the few questions we had. Despite being located in a community of about 10 cottages, it was very quiet and relaxing. Our only minor issue was that we anticipated an in unit washer and dryer instead of a coin-operated community facility. Would definitely recommend.

Immaculate condition

We would book this cottage again and again. When we first arrived, it was in immaculate condition. Very clean. We were traveling with a 1 and 2 year old so the location to small beaches (Ellis Landing and Linnell Landing) was absolutely perfect. Additionally, we were only 3 minutes from our favorite coffee shop (Snowy Owl), 5 minutes from a grocery store, 8 minutes from a playground, 10 minutes from Orleans. The location was perfect. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful and comfortable

Beautifully renovated cottage, had everything and more we needed for comfortable stay. Thomas was very pleasant to communicate with to give us all info and adjust our stay based on our schedule. 2 minutes drive to beach was our every evening place to go. 100% recommend!

Perfect getaway location

We have been coming to the Cape for 30 years. Love Brewster. Cottage was clean and comfortable, well appointed and ideally located near 6A, route 6 Orleans and Dennis. 1/4 mile to CC bike path.

Cozy cottage on the Cape

Rustic cottage with totally renovated interior. Hardwood floors. Modern well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable sleeping quarters and large screen tv with cable. More than we expected. We loved the deck for outdoor meals. Five minutes walk to bike trail. Fifteen minutes walk to Nickerson State Park.

Great place!

This is a wonderful cottage. The pics do not do it justice. It is perfect for a couple or small family. It is well equipped, comfortable and clean. We spent lots of time on the nearby bike path and rode bikes to the beach daily 2miles). Highly recommend as a great spot on the cape. Tom was very accommodating and lovely to work with.

Girls Trip

Perfect and clean with a communicative owner… what more could you want for a quick girls trip! Brewster is adorable and a great driving distance from a lot of other picturesque, small towns! The CCRT is right down the street and worth the time checking out! Say hi to Marley the Cavalier at the bike rental and grab some sandwiches at AckGioia (within same building) after the ride! Make it all the way to Wellfleet and you’ll have the best peanut butter cookies of your life at Blue Willow: Fine Foods and Bakery! Very grateful for our time here!
