A big and beautiful kitchen with an oak tree finish and colorfull dining furniture invites you all to enjoy home cooked breakfast before exploring the city. With the comfortable fold out sofa these apartments can sleep up to six and still it feels convenient.
The Space:
WHY WE'RE REALLY INTO THIS PLACE
This is out first project to build from the bottom up so we finally got it just as we know you want it. In close collaboration with local design heroes Indretningsfabrikken we finished these 12 beautiful and diverse apartments with a bold and functional bright Scandinavian design. Just a 5 minute walk from Tivoli, the town hall square and the central station this is as central as it gets in Copenhagen and still just a few steps from the perfect weekend stroll around the lush city lakes.
A TOUR OF THE PLACE
In a residential building on Dahlerupsgade the apartments are situated on the third and fourth floor all with access to the small elevator. From the bright hallway you will use your digital code to enter the apartment through the private entrance.
You enter straight into the living area with a joiner built dining table that easily allows all six to share a meal. At the end on the entire wall a full kitchen with all appliances like Nespresso coffee machine, stove, oven, micro, fridge, toaster, kettle etc.
Both bathrooms are connected to the living area. The first bathroom has two large sinks, ironing equipment and lots of space while the second bathroom has a massive shower for two and another two sinks. There is even a washer and dryer.
You enter the master bedroom next to the kitchen. With a big window section and windows that fully open this is a nice and bright room with a kingsize (180x200cm) bed that splits into singles if preferred.
Around the corner from the dining table the living area turns into a lounge section with a comfortable sofa and flower-decorated lounge chairs. The sofa unfolds to a high quality queen size (160x200cm) bed with warm duvets.
Next to the living area a second partly open bedroom with a kingsize bed.
All beds come with a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm duvets.
The Neighborhood:
Just a five minute walk from Tivoli, the town hall square and the central station this is as central as it gets in Copenhagen and still just a few steps from the beautiful inner city lakes. Established in the 17th century as defenses the five lakes are now many locals favourite breathing space. A stroll around the different lakes will take you to the many diverse quarters of Copenhagen with multiple possible stops for great coffee and more. Getting around is easy as the new Metro city circle line stops at the Town Hall square and will take you to almost all the interesting places of the city within minutes.

Two couples visiting Copenhagen for a few days
Four adults comfortable stayed for two nights. The bathrooms are huge and allow for plenty of privacy. The bedrooms are comfortable and appointed with all necessities. The kitchen is also well stocked. The location is walking distance from many popular attractions. Great place!

Great Place to Stay in CPH
This property was absolutely perfect for our first trip to Denmark. Located about 10 minutes from three different train/metro stations, a grocery store, and on a quiet side street we couldn't be happier choosing this apartment.

Nice and comfortable
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The communication with host was fast. We were two couples and we ate out so I can’t rate the cooking/kitchen. We didn’t mind walking the distance to the attractions or the metro.

Very nice space in excellent location
Our 3 generation family of 3 adults and 2 children enjoyed the apartment space and location. The street was quiet while being close to parks, businesses, and busier streets. We made good use of the kitchen to eat local food from the market, make coffee and breakfast in the morning, and have snacks in the evening. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. Grandpa and 11 y/o grandson were able to share a bedroom without incident!

Visit to daughter studying in Copenhahen
The apartment was perfect for our stay! We appreciated the elevator, which my elderly Mom needed to get to the 4th floor apt. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. The beds were super comfortable. The building felt very safe, and the location was good for us - walkable to restaurants and tourist area, and a short walk from the train station as well as nearby Metro Stations. The staff at Daniel and Jacob's were very helpful and always responded within just a few minutes to all of our inquiries. Highly recommend - we hope to return!

Noise from street
We enjoyed the location except for the street noise and the lit building across the street. We realize that is part of city living, but it was disturbing, nevertheless. The apartment certainly met all our needs.

Spacious place
Property was spacious and clean. Location decent with good access to trains, buses, etc. Two grocery stores-Rema 1000 and Netto. No high end groceries with to go options nearby. But as long as you shop early in the day these stores had the basics at reasonable prices. The gym down the street is nice. Very quiet when I went. Not a huge fan of the open concept shower, but definitely not a deal breaker. Just a stylistic opinion. Nice to have in apartment washer and dryer. Sleeper sofa fairly comfortable as were both beds. Would stay here again.
