This top-floor apartment accommodates 9 guests in no less than 4 separate bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups and families.



The large open space has a full kitchen, a dining and lounging area. A favorite spot to hang out or enjoy a home-cooked meal together.



The Space:

This is a real gem of a vacation home. Private, spacious and situated in a superb part of downtown Copenhagen. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a charming classic building, more than 150 years old. Thankfully, there's an elevator that takes you all the way up.



A TOUR OF THE PLACE

You enter into a large common area. Here, you will find a full kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all essential cooking tools and utensils. Opposite the kitchen is a lounge area with a sofa, sofa chair and a nice big TV. Finally, the open space also features a large dining table with plenty of space for all of you.



During the day, the glass walls into the bedrooms let daylight flood through the common area. For a little privacy at night, just draw the floor-to-ceiling curtains. The bedrooms have super comfortable beds and ceiling fans. One room has an extra single bed.



Finally, there are two full bathrooms with spacious showers decorated in a clean, Nordic style.

The Neighborhood:

The home is in the heart of a very trendy, upscale area of Copenhagen. Kongens Have (Kings Garden) is at the end of the street. Hip restaurants like Pastis and Retour Steak and the iconic Nyhavn waterfront and entertainment district are steps away.



Getting Around:

Kongens Nytorv Metro station is 250 meters from the apartment and has a direct line from the Airport (12 minutes ride). During summertime surely do rent bikes at Mikes bike rental at Kongens Nytorv.
