This unit is on 2 levels, measures about 120 square meters, and is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining area and open plan kitchen, on the first floor of a large double bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a large bathroom with a Italian shower. The whole apartment has large floor to ceiling windows that open onto the equipped garden and bring a lot of natural light into the apartment all year round.



The technological equipment of the property includes air conditioning, independent heating system, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and other basic appliances.
