Birthday gathering

We stayed for 5 nights. the location was brilliant. Lots of space for everyone. Only criticism is more mirrors and stand up showers instead of baths would be better but great property and very good value

Perfect Oasis

This house is amazing! We were a group of friends coming together from all over the world and this house was the perfect haven for us. It has everything you could need for a big group stay. We made optimal use of the gorgeous outdoors and it was so handy having Lidl just around the corner. The owners were very communicative, we found the hob wasn't working shortly after we arrived and they had a new one installed within an hour which was really apricated. Can't recommend this spot enough and hope to be back again some day.

Beautiful spacious farmhouse!!

We were a group of 15 on a hen weekend in Malta. The whole booking process and communication from Roseanne was excellent. The farmhouse is very spacious and modern, the outside areas and pool was ideal. We had a chef recommended to us who came in and prepared a fantastic meal. The owner was at the farmhouse on arrival and showed us around and gave us tips on getting to nearby St Pauls. The only very small negative is that there were not enough pool towels for the 15 of us and it would have been useful to have some instructions on using the jacuzzi. However, we would highly recommend the farmhouse, it was beautiful and probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. A lot of the girls said it was one of the best weekends they've ever had! Would love to stay here again!!

Great stay for large groups

The farmhouse is a beautiful stay. We were a family group of 8 adults. There are so many room in the house that you would never feel on top of each other. The pool is a great size with plenty of dining space in multiple areas. Nice addition of the bbq and the kitchen is very large to cook in for a big group. My only comment would be on the cleanliness and maintenance of some areas in the house. One bedroom did have plenty of hair all over the floor when we arrived and there were quite a few cob webs around the house on the ceilings. A wardrobe, bathroom sink and a few handles were broken but the host was quick to respond and sent a handyman out to fix them the next day. It's in a good location to bus stops towards valetta, mdina and st pauls bay. Lidl is 5 minute walk for groceries.

Amazing property

The property was very spacious, with great outside with a lovely pool area, bbq area and 5 a side football pitch. Inside had lovely large rooms in social areas and bedrooms, with a jacuzzi. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic stay

Highly recommended. The layout of the property is great and everyone had his/her privacy as there are a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining are very spacious and well equipped. The outdoor area is fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay at this superb property. The owners were very helpful as well and provided us with all our needs.

We have rented this lovely house twice and will for sure come back! Perfect for 3 families. The kids loved the pool area and the football pitch!

Très belle villa avec beaucoup d’espaces

Très bel intérieur mais les 2 canapés du salon sont vétustes et sales ( puces), batterie de cuisine pas suffisante, ménage pas approfondi ( pas d’aspirateur ), couettes pas propres, aucun étendoir à linge intérieur et une seule pince à linge!!!!, d’image que la belle piscine ne soit pas chauffée pour les locations en octobre. Malgré ces petits désagréments nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille

Wir haben mit 16 Personen dieses tolle Anwesen bewohnt. Die Außenanlage, der Poolbereich, ein Traum. Die Zimmer sehr gross, sauber. Es fehlte vielleicht ein Bad, aber wenn man sich gut versteht kein Problem. Der Whirlpool feine Sache an sich, wird aber im Sommer, da er im innen Raum steht, nicht genutzt. Wollen gerne wieder hin

Absolutely Fantastic

10 of us stayed for my husbands 50th birthday. We had an amazing time and will all be returning again. The owners were really helpful throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Local supermarket was a short walk away and has everything you could possibly need. We visited St Paul's Bay, St Julian Bay, Silema and fitted in a boat trip to Gozo etc.. Finished with a harbour tour on our last day around Valletta. The villa is in a perfect location and the 10 seater taxis were not only reasonably priced but also helpful and fast!! We only stayed for 4 nights but managed to do so much.. The villa is in a great location and has everything you need. Can't wait to return.

Magnificent

This is an old original Maltese sandstone property which has been professionally converted.It is possibly one of the best originally built holiday rental properties on the island. We were a party of 11 across 3 generations and there was plenty of room for another 5 or 6 people at least. It was extremely well equipped both internally and in the external BBQarea. The gardens were amazing and the swimming pool.football/volley ball pitch and outside dining area were very well used. Everyone in the party would love to return again. The only downside is that it is not really wheelchair friendly. It is difficult to access the property and to get into the garden area in a wheelchair. The inside of the property is fine with 2 ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. We managed because we had several able bodied in our party who could physically lift a wheelchair. However it did not stop me enjoying the property. The use of a car is a very good idea, although the local supermarket ,Scotts , is within easy walking distance. We all recommend this property, particularly to those who appreciate the original stone built houses. We all loved staying there. Pamela

Great Spacious Villa

We were a group of 15 with 5 being children under the age of 4. We stayed at the farmhouse for 2 weeks and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is big and we never felt crowded. There was plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms were a decent size and the AC made everything comfortable. The farmhouse has a private driveway with an electronic gate so parking was easy. Everybody enjoyed the pool. The kids spent a few hours in the afternoon after long hot days. My 4 year old daughter also felt brave enough to start swimming without her swimmies! The level above the pool is green grass that is a soccer pitch and you set up a volleyball net too. The kids loved running around up there. This farmhouse was quiet and spacious. It will be ver hard to find a large property like this in Malta.

Lovely farmhouse

We stayed with 15 girls in this beautiful farmhouse. The pictures don't to the farmhouse any justice, it's even better/bigger and more luxurous. We enjoyed the villa, swimmingpool, bar and outside kitchen very much! All main activities on Malta are easily accesible by bus. Would recommend to rent this Farmhouse anytime!

Great villa with lovely grounds. Quiet location and fab outdoor dining area

We really liked the pretty villa. Spacious for our large group and very clean. Lovely pool area and outdoor dining space which we got plenty of use out of. You do have to drive out to restaurants but less than 10 minutes drive and a supermarket is minutes away.

Perfect place for a family break

We wanted a family break (17 people) in a peaceful place with outdoor space and easy facilities. We found THE place. Everything was there either inside (full stuff kitchen, good beds, TV and sound, large space, friendly table) or outside (big garden, swimming pool, bbq). Very professional owners. They answer questions when needed and leave privacy as well. Highly recommended !!!

Perfect Getaway!
