Acogedor apartamento con una magnífica piscina en el complejo residencial donde se encuentra, además de una agradable terraza. Ubicado en el corazón de Las Américas, a medio camino entre Playa de Las Américas y Los Cristianos, en una zona con ambiente veraniego durante todo el año. Con capacidad para alojar hasta 3 personas, distribuidas entre el dormitorio y el salón, y una terraza ideal para relajarse. Esta vivienda ofrece todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Este encantador alojamiento está situado a pocos minutos a pie de la Playa de Las Américas y es perfecto para familias, parejas o grupos de amigos. Tiene capacidad para 3 personas, distribuidas entre un dormitorio con dos camas individuales que pueden unirse o separarse según se necesite, y un salón con sofá cama. Dispone además de un baño completo, cocina equipada, una acogedora terraza ideal para desayunar al aire libre, y acceso a la piscina del complejo residencial.

Su ubicación es excelente: en una calle tranquila, muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y los principales atractivos turísticos de Las Américas.

La casa cuenta con una cocina equipada con nevera, horno y microondas, salón con sofá cama, lavadora, terraza, dos piscinas comunitarias, una de adultos y otra de niños, sábanas y toallas de ducha, cuna y trona.

Communication with the property manager was great. They were quick to communicate back and made the check in and out process very smooth. The property is nice with a beautiful pool and clean grounds. The room is adequate, however there seems to be a large ant problem despite keeping all food up and washing dishes immediately. The bathroom also floods after almost every shower leaving the bathroom soaking for hours. Overall, we had a great stay, linens were clean and management was wonderful.

We would go again

It was clean when we came but the rest of the 10 days stay there was no cleaning. Contact with the manager was when we got the keeys. The location was very good. It looked as in the photos.

Nice complex

Needs a new washing machine as i put some cloths in and thy came out dirtier than thy went in i then purchased a machine cleaner and that worked but thy machine would not spin the water out

When myself and my 22 year granddaughter arrived at the property we were met by an agent , he showed us to the apartment and gave us the keys however he didn't explain to us anything about using the fob to enter the complex. We went out to have dinner and we were unable to get back into the complex and we had to call the the contact number to find out how to get back in. The girl was very helpful and she arranged for a gentleman to open the gate for us. Apart from getting off to a bad start I spent a very enjoyable month there. The apartment was clean well equipped and the beds were comfortable, the complex is very well maintained and spotlessly clean in a vey central location.

Do not stay here

Everything was going well until we checked into the property. We had specifically chosen an apartment with a bath and sure enough, there was a bath but with a gaping hole in it just above the plug hole. I contacted the property management through email, asking them to contact me which they did by return email within minutes asking for details of the problem. This I did and was met with radio silence. No response from emails, messages through the Vrbo platform and no answer on the phone number I had. I eventually found a number on the internet that got a response only to be told that the bath was fine, it was just old! I emailed a photo of said hole and made the lady stay on the line until she had received it. Oh, she said, it’s a hole!!!! She said she would call me back when she had spoken to department that dealt with problems. I eventually rang her back after waiting for over an hour and was told I could either use the shower, which was over the bath or cancel the reservation and find somewhere else myself as they couldn’t. The toilet also didn’t flush but luckily, my husband did a temporary fix on this to get us through. The kitchen sink had a large crack in it so water leaked into the cupboard below every time we washed dishes. i could go on!! The lack of communication and complete lack of support was horrendous. I will never use this company again. I also received an email reminding me of the check out time as they had other guests arriving, I feel sorry for them!!!

Piso bonito en un complejo residencial ideal

Las piscina del complejo es espectacular y la ubicación al lado de la Playa de Las Américas perfecta! Teníamos todos los servicios alrededor, la terraza también es un plus. Para repetir.
