The environment consists of wardrobe, desk, ceiling fan, table fan, (non a/c), single bed . Cotton linen, goose down pillows.
All windows have double tempered glass.

The entire apartment is equipped with double thermal glazing.
The central heating is turned on a couple of hours a day when the internal temperature is below 19°, to avoid excessive energy and economic expenditure.

Flowery and green terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the park below.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, excluding the owner's private rooms. Kitchen and living room and terrace are shared with the owner and any other guest.

The large kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and is available to guests, there are also small appliances: blender, toaster, milk frother, kettle.

Free parking on the street under the house and possibility of guarded parking (equipped with cameras) for bikes or motorbikes inside the building.

The apartment is in the residential center of Palermo (Statua / Libertà area) and is between Mondello (the beautiful beach of Palermo) and the historic center, everything is easily accessible by public transport.

Please Messrs. Guests to evaluate the location of the apartment in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings.

In front of the apartment there is a beautiful public garden, Villa Costa, and a wonderful rose garden.

My apartment is very bright and full of great and beautiful positive energy! Plants, books and cats ;)

The house is large and comfortable, equipped with double glazed windows, it is absolutely silent.

Guests are kindly asked to respect silence during the night.

MY HOUSE IS NOT LOCATED IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER BUT 3 KM FROM IT. THE APARTMENT IS IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREA OF THE CITY.
THEREFORE, TO AVOID UNPLEASANT MISUNDERSTANDINGS, PLEASE EVALUATE CAREFULLY.

Bus 101 (Via Libertà/ Old Town) ends at 10.00pm.
The ways to reach the apartment are as follows:

1) walk along Via Libertà

2) night bus "N2" from 10.00 pm to the Piazza Verdi stop (Teatro Massimo) or Via Cavour or Via Roma. App to check timetables, lines and buy tickets: Amat or Moovit.

3) electric scooter rental, App: Helbiz, Lime, Bit Mobility.

4) electric bike rental, App: AmiGo, Dott.

It is not allowed to host other people other than those making use of the reservation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment but only on the terrace.
We ask you to respect the rules of good and civil coexistence:)

Luggage storage allowed before check in and after check out.

Parking is free under the house.
Every Wednesday, from 6:00 to 14:00, the local market takes place in via Brigata Verona, therefore parking is not allowed either in Viale Campania or in via Brigata Verona, only in the adjacent streets, such as via Liguria, for example.

Tourist tax to be paid on site of 4 euros for the first 4 days.
