With a surface area of 89m2, the apartment offers a capacity of 10 beds, 2 of which are intended for children due to the low height of the mezzanine (1.10m)
It has a large private garage and free parking spaces around the building.
Its location, its great functionality and its equipment are its main assets. This fully renovated apartment does not have an exterior.
For your comfort and a quick installation, the beds are prepared for your arrival and the towels are provided (included in the price of the night).
You will also find in the kitchen all you need to start your stay in a serene way: coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper...
We ask all our travelers to respect the "quiet hours", between 22:00 and 8:00.
On the ground floor:
- 1 large room equipped with a bed 160x200cm and a dressing
- 1 shower room with WC
- 1 dining room with a large table and 8 chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen open on a bright living room.
- 1 bedroom with its mezzanine equipped with a bed 160x200 and 2 mattresses 90x200cm.
Souplex:
- a staircase takes you to a souplex (rez-1), proposing a second shower room equipped with a toilet.
- 1 large bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, with the possibility to transform the bench into a very comfortable 160x200cm bed.
- 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and clothesline.
What you will like:
