This 5 bedroom villa has a bright and airy feel throughout, making it an ideal choice for families or groups travelling together. You'll find the sandy Arenal Beach and the charming Javea Old Town both just 10 minutes' drive away, with a host of restaurants and bars to choose from. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Caseta Pearl is a detached property situated on the outskirts of Javea, in the area of Tarraula. Javea Old Town is less than 10 minutes' drive away, with a plethora of traditional restaurants and tapas bars for you to explore. Or, head to the stunning Arenal Beach, 10 minutes' away by car, with a whole host of activities on offer as well as some great eateries. Closer to home, you'll find a small choice of restaurants, including one with a Michelin star rating, within a few minutes' drive of your villa.
