The Greci Studio is a refined open-space on the top floor of a historic building, with extremely high ceilings and exposed trusses, with a contemporary atmosphere, located in the Sestiere of Castello.



There is a lot of natural light and mirrors that reflect it, creating a very pleasant environment. This loft is furnished and equipped with all the most important modern comforts.

It is located just 5 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square and 3 minutes walk from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, but the best way to reach the apartment is by water taxi, which arrives right next to the building. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find excellent restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets.



Measures approximately 70 sqm and has large windows for guaranteed natural lighting all year round. There is a small entrance room where you can leave coats and shoes to keep the loft tidy. The furnishings are vintage, quite minimalist. The kitchen is truly fully equipped: you can literally do a cooking show if you want! There is a large wardrobe in case you intend to stay for a while: the Greci Studio is also perfect for longer stays.



The environment is absolutely calm and relaxing. There is Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and all other basic appliances. We recommend it to professionals, singles or couples, staying in Venice mixing leisure and business.

Not included in the price: £ 400 Security Deposit by credit card at check-in



Not included in the price: tourist tax in cash at the check in: £ 4 per person per night, to be paid for the first 5 nights only, children 10-15 years of age half price, under 10 years of age free.



The total number of people cannot exceed the maximum number of people allowed at the apartment stated on our website (children also).



Please let us know how you would like your beds to be prepared (single or double) or the apartment will be prepared as shown on your booking confirmation. If that is not the way you prefer your bed layout then it can be changed by our maid at your expense.



Please inform us of your arrival time no later than 7 days prior to arrival so that we can plan your check-in at the apartment. It is possible to check in from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and from 8:00 PM until maximum midnight at a 50 euro cash fee, to be paid to the person meeting you.



Please be aware that check-out time is 10.00 am.



It may be possible to bring your pet prior authorisation by the owner at an extra fee of 80 euros per stay. Please, contact us to make your enquiry. Do not request this after you have booked as it will not be possible to cancel free of charge if the owner does not accept your pet.
