Amazing

We stayed in Katelios in 2023 and really wanted to come back but the villas we saw didn't quite have everything we wanted. We spotted Villa Ersi and this seemed to and it didn't disappoint. It is very easy to find and only a couple of minutes to the centre of the village in a car. We got there a couple of hours early due to flight times but the villa was ready and spotless having just been cleaned. It is a beautiful villa both on the interior and exterior with everything we needed. All rooms have well appointed en suites, AC, comfy beds and TV's. The lounge is very comfortable and if you don't like the sofa layout it can be easily changed to suit. The sun shines on the patio all day and then only goes behind the villa at around 6pm. The kids had enough grass to play football on and the pool was a perfect size for four of us. Last year we were inundated with wasps, but this year there were hardly any.....Maybe being based further down the hill is a factor? As is common in Greece the electrics went out around about 10pm one night. We tried everything with the electric box but nothing seemed to work. Reluctantly (due to the time) I WhatsApp'd the owner to ask what we needed to do and didn't expect a reply till the morning...within 10 mins there was a knock at the door and he was there (from his day job) to sort it out. It was simply a trip on the box at the main entrance to the villa. Overall a lovely trip and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

Katelios dream house

This is a beautiful home with high end finishings and a beautiful pool to cool off at the end of the day. Communication and check in process was top notch and very professional. Kefalonia is a beautiful and large island to explore but Katelios is a smaller village in the south and very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. There is a bakery nearby as well as a mini market with all the necessities. Highly recommend Persa’s Taverna which is close to this property with their amazing local Greek cuisine and excellent staff.

We just couldnt fault the Villa and its setting, we were a party of 4 adults and a 1 year old and it had absolutely everything we could need. Extremely comfortable, spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The outside was private and very large with a beautiful pool and large grass area. It was within an easy 10 minute stroll to the sea front. This is the best Villa we have stayed in so far in Katelios. Agni were, as usual very helpful, polite and informative. If you stay at this Villa you will not regret it.

Lovely Villa in a quiet beach resort

We had a lovely family holiday in Katelios, Kefalonia. Villa Ersi was a beautiful modern Villa in a lovely location. Surrounded by hills and in a suitably secluded area it was a short walk to the beach and local Tavernas. Plenty of choice of places to eat in the evening, although we did barbecue at the Villa a couple of times. There were 3 local supermarkets and a bakery in close proximity (5 to 10 minute walk). Villa Ersi gives you the perfect venue if you want to experience lovely Greek food and hospitality away from the more lively tourist resorts

Wonderful Stay in Kefalonia

The property was beautiful, just as listed. The rooms were spacious and the property was clean. The property is about a ten minute walk to a few beaches, many restaurants and markets. The pool was a great benefit since it was very warm during the day.

Outstanding villa. Great bedrooms with soft mattresses. The dining table in the kitchen was splendid for breakfast and dinner around the pool was a real treat. The pool was really big and gave us enough space to enjoy ourselves as we were 6 people. Koroni beach and Kako Lagadi beach are really amazing. Would definitely stay again. Great holiday!

Very pleasant villa. The accommodation was clean and the service was excellent. The pool and the terrace were fabulous. We were definitely breathing much better with all the greeneries around us. We had a great time there and were amazed by how lovely is Katelios. Really enjoyed our holiday and already booked this villa for next year as well.

Its a perfect villa for a relaxed holiday. The villa is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. It had everything you would need and much more. Nice outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Mellisani Cave Lake and Argostolion are some of the places that we visited while we were there and spent a wonderful time. Also, great service from the agents. We will come back in 2023 for sure!

The villa is spacious and very well appointed and the air-conditioning is a real bonus. Very good pool. There is a big terrace with a lot of greenery around. When we did venture inside the villa, it was clean, smelt lovely, and was restful at night. We are very happy to recommend this villa, the location is also excellent as you can easily walk to the shops, restaurants, and beach. And the pre-travel information and resort support was excellent. We fell in love with Kefalonia and hope to return to the same villa next year.

Lourdata and Skala are one of the places that we visited while we were there. The agents were attentive. Savored every moment of our stay and we definitely will book again with this company.

The Villa is brand new we loved our stay at Villa Ersi. The villa & pool is spotless, the beds are comfy there are plenty of towels for use in the villa & at the pool. The appliances are all new and in excellent condition, I am very happy to recommend this villa, the location is also excellent as you can easily walk to the shops, restaurants and beach.
