Villa Sol Del Este es una espaciosa villa de vacaciones en Menorca en tres niveles, con hermosos jardines, amplio estacionamiento y hermosas vistas sobre el pintoresco pueblo de Es Castell hasta el mar.
La casa en sí ofrece un alojamiento confortable tanto interna como externamente. La casa está amueblada con un alto estándar en una intrigante mezcla de estilo y antigüedad. Hay aire acondicionado / calefacción en todas las habitaciones.
La Villa ofrece un ambiente muy seguro para los niños más pequeños, el jardín está completamente amurallado. Muy buenos arreglos de dormitorio / baño para fiestas grandes. La piscina, dentro de un entorno sombreado, es un excelente punto focal tanto para niños como para adultos.

La entrada principal a Villa Sol del Este se abre a un pasillo con una escalera a los niveles superiores. En la planta baja de Villa Sol Del Este hay dos habitaciones dobles que comparten un baño y una habitación doble con baño en suite. Al final del pasillo, una puerta conduce a la terraza de la piscina y los jardines. En el primer piso, esta villa menorquina tiene un salón / comedor con puertas que dan mucha luz natural, que se abre a una terraza cubierta. Desde aquí, los pasos conducen a la piscina privada. Adyacente a la sala de estar hay una cocina separada, que está bellamente alicatada.
En esta misma planta hay una habitación doble con baño en suite, una habitación doble, una habitación individual y un baño compartido. Más escaleras conducen al nivel superior de esta villa de vacaciones en Es Castell, donde hay un segundo salón con puertas que dan a la terraza de la azotea.
Fuera de Villa Sol Del Este, las terrazas de la piscina están amuralladas para brindar mucha privacidad. Ligeramente elevado desde el área de la piscina en sí, hay una atractiva parrilla de piedra y área de descanso, ideal para cenar al aire libre. La villa también cuenta con amplios y ricos jardines con flores dispersas y palmeras.

We were a group of 5, being one couple and three friends. We particularly wanted a property with 4 bathrooms and minimum 4 bedrooms in a location where we could easily walk to local restaurants and this one fit the bill.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property itself is spacious, very well equipped with towels, kitchen equipment etc. Ideally situated with one local cafe/restaurant less than 5 minute walk and all the restaurants at Calesfonts no more than 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride (about 7 euros).Jorge is an excellent host - he checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was ok and made lots of helpful suggestions about what to do, where to visit and restaurant recommendations. As we were arriving late on the first day he even called the local restaurant to ensure they would be open for us to eat after we arrived.Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and comfortable property. Host was extremely responsive when we had some minor issues and got them resolved, Es Castell is about 15/20 minutes walk - lots of nice restaurants around the sea front. Highly recommend a visit to Hauser and Wirth on the Isla del Rei

Tres belle maison a Sol del Este

Tres belle maison dans un tres joli jardin. Jorge est adorable et très réactif, il fait attention à ce que tout se passe bien pendant le séjour. La maison est située à 15 min de l’aéroport, et à 15/20min de nombreuses plages et criques. Le port d’Es Castell, a 15 min à pied est charmant. La vue de la maison sur les champs et la mer est magnifique.Dans la maison, de nombreux équipement à disposition (même si certains sont un peu vétuste) notamment pour les jeunes enfants (lit, chaises haute)Bref je recommande sans hésiter

Incredible villa

This was the perfect place for the whole family to stay and celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday having sold my apartment in Menorca recently. Every facility in the villa catered for the 10 of us. It is absolutely stunning and easily accessible even though I managed to get a parking ticket on the first day on the road outside due to not realising it was a no parking area. Stacks of room to park on the spacious driveway. The pool was well used by us and a welcome cool off after the heat of the day and the gardens were stunning. Jorge was exceptional in his checking in to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I would love to hire the villa again should a special occasion arise. Thank you so much Jorge - this made my daughter's birthday very special.

Perfect location for a holiday

We were recently out in Menorca to celebrate a 60th birthday and a Ruby wedding anniversary. This is an impressive holiday rental that was ideal for getting our family together which ranges in age from 2 years old to 62. We particularly loved being on the patio watching the different boats coming in and out of Mahón harbour and seeing the cows grazing in the field across the road! Es Castell is so close, within walking distance, and there is a lovely path along the coast where we enjoyed walking. The accommodation, although needing refurbishment, retains a Menorcan charm. In the well maintained, extensive grounds we loved the shade that the palm trees created, it was a lovely environment to relax by the pool. Jorge was so helpful and supportive when we had a couple of queries and that definitely helped us to enjoy our stay. We would highly recommended this villa for family get togethers. .

Lovely large villa in a great location

We had a lovely stay with our baby and group of friends. The villa has good size bedrooms, good wifi, a large living space and lots of terraces. The location is great for walking down into Es Castell and plenty of amenities close by in the car. Check in was easy and Jorge is very responsive.

Family holiday at villa

Just back from our wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa. Would highly recommend and was perfect for Dad’s 70th birthday family getaway. Set in a lovely neighbourhood in Sol del Este, fantastic views from the villa and everyone had a great time. We were a family of 9 including a 9 year old boy who we couldn’t get out of the swimming pool. Our host Jorge was so helpful, brilliant communication everything went so smoothly from start to finish. We’ve never opted for a villa before and I don’t know why not as it was perfect. Es Castell a short walk away and would highly recommend Nikki’s restaurant where we ate out at twice. The food and service was amazing. Thank you Jorge we will hopefully be back in the near future xx

A great place to stay in Menorca

We have stayed in Sol del Este twice before. It was lovely to have so much space and our own pool this time round. We were a family of eight and we never felt like we were under each others feet. Having the room upstairs for some quiet time away from everyone was a nice addition. The air conditioning at night was an added bonus. We will definitely return next time we visit Menorca.

60th birthday celebration

Beautiful villa set in stunning gardens with wonderful views to the harbour. So big & spacious that even our party of 10 didn’t use all of the pretty little nooks & crannies! Pool was great and a good size for our needs . Jorge the host so helpful & attentive . Ten mins walk to Es Castell with fabulous food & cocktails at Bar Lemon. Local vineyard lovely too for a meal. We had a wonderful stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family & friends . Thank you .

belle villa bien plaçée

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir séjourné dans cette maison en famille au mois d'avril. La maison est très bien placée sur l'île avec une superbe vue sur la sortie du port de Mahon. Des sentiers permettent de se balader autour de la maison et d'accéder à de jolies calanques ou au charmant village d'Es Castell avec son petit port. La maison est bien équipée notamment pour les enfants (lits bébés, chaises hautes, rehausseurs, gilet de piscine) , seule remarque concernant l'équipement : la cafetière est trop petite. Le jardin est joliment paysagé et la piscine est très agréable. Toutefois, attention car elle n'est pas sécurisée pour les enfants. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable

Spectacular villa in superb location

The villa is a wonderful base for a large family group. We visited as a group of 10 for a family birthday celebration, and there was plenty of room for people to come together to eat and chat, but also to have space to themselves. It never felt crowded and it is easy to lose yourself in the many terraces and seating areas around the villa. There are many shaded areas where you can sit and chat or read. The garden is lovely, and has an interesting rock feature that amuses the children. It is big enough for them to run around in, and the swimming pool, though not large, is very well sited and is great for a cooling dip after a day's exploring. There is a large selection of loungers, outdoor tables and chairs, clothes airers and so on to cater to all possible needs. The views are absolutely stunning, with a commanding location, from where you can see all of the surrounding area, fields of cows, towns and the harbour mouth with a constant stream of boats of all sizes. It is only a short walk from the harbour and shops of Es Castell, with its evening market and there is a very convenient restaurant only a couple of minutes away. If you have a car, it is only 15 minutes into Mahon, and very close for the airport. In fact some of our party simply walked into Mahon and back! The bedrooms are all air conditioned which is great at night, as we were there in something of a heatwave, and there are lots of bathrooms, which is useful for a a large group including children. Jorge the host is an excellent communicator, and really makes you feel that if there are any problems, he would be on hand straight away to help sort them out, although in fact things ran so smoothly it is difficult to imagine that there might be a problem! We had a wonderful holiday at the villa, and can definitely recommend it very highly for anybody with a large family group.

schönes haus, noch schönere insel

der eigentümer ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit (er brachte uns sogar zu einem autovermieter) und erzählte uns einiges über die geschichte. es lohnt sich auf jeden fall, eine gute karte und ein buch über das geschichtsträchtige menorca zu kaufen und mit einem mietauto die insel zu erkunden. eine woche war zu kurz, um alles zu sehen. sehr schöne buchten, warmes wasser und nette menschen. bei ankunft war v.a. der boden nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es wünschten. der eigentümer schickte uns nach unseren anruf gleich die putzequipe, um das nachzubessern. die küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (gute, scharfe messer, schneidebretter, grillutensilien), aber ansonsten sehr angenehmes haus mit schönem garten. vielen dank jorge und hoffentlich bis bald, dominique, mariana und girls

Fantastic

We celebrated our 40th Wedding anniversary at Natalia's lovely house. It was perfect. It is so big, we enjoyed card games on the roof terrace and amazing views. We had breakfast on the first floor terrace and relaxing in the olive grove. The pool was excellent for fun and relaxing by to read books. We loved walking for 5 mins to the diving board in the rocks to jump into the sea. Natalia was so helpful and we thank her for a wonderful holiday C Shelley

Lovely villa, amazing views and location

We had a great stay. Natalia was so helpful with everything. The villa was well equipped and the gardens were very impressive and the kids had so much space to play. We particularly enjoyed the views from both balconys, watching the cruise ships and the sunrise. Would definitely recommend this for a family group. We hope to return one day in the future. Spacious and comfortable villa

It was ten years since we visited Menorca and indeed the same villa. The villa had been refurbished but still as lovely as we remembered. Spacious , clean and comfortable with spectacular views. Natalia , the owner, left a welcome card and some provisions for us to use such as tomatos and a watermelon. It was also nice to have hand wash ,hand cream and a citronella body spray in each bathroom. The pool , although on the small side was adequate for our needs . Within walking distance of supermarkets , bars and restaurants. The area itself is very peaceful and quiet during the day. The only negative was that a change of towels and bath mat would have been nice mid week. I understand that cleaners would have come in had we paid extra but this was not needed as we kept the villa clean and disposed of rubbish ourselves. All in all a fantastic holiday. Thank you very much Natalia. Hope to visit again.xx

Excellent value for money and fantastic situation

We were a three generation family of 12 aged from 3 to 67! The Villa could not have suited us better. Obviously the weather was good and we spent a lot of time outside, but there was so much space to escape if we wanted to be on our own. Endless hours spent in the pool as temperatures in early 30s much of the time. The air-conditioning in bedrooms was essential. Kitchen had everything we needed including plenty of cutlery and crockery. On arrival the villa was spotless and as we stayed for two weeks there was a clean and linen change halfway through the holiday. Situation was ideal, away from the main tourist areas with a fantastic outlook over the entrance to the harbour at Mahon. We loved to watch the cruise ships as they sailed past. Although we hired cars for the fortnight it wasn’t completely necessary as it was an easy 10 to 15 minute walk into the Harbour at Cala Fonts with plenty of restaurants to choose from for dinner. Initially, as this villa cost quite a bit less than some others which slept 12 we were concerned that there could be a problem when we got there..... however it was brilliant and excellent value for money and so good not to be hemmed in by other villas such as in Binnibequer or other resorts! We had one slight problem with the electrics, but a quick phone call to Natalia resulted in this being rectified. Natalia was really helpful throughout the whole booking and arrival process too. In summary, we LOVED our holiday and hope to all return in 2020!

This property is located in a unique place in Minorca, overlooking the entrance to the harbour of Mahon. There are few houses in this area, and no more houses can be built, so this is was a unique opportunity to buy a very special house.

Sitting on the terrace at sunset while seeing the boats going back to port is such a great experience! The garden of the house and the swimming pool are also magnificent. We found ancient stone ruins which we restored and placed in the garden, just close to the olive trees....probably the best place of the house to relax! The 3000 sqm of the gardens really allow you to hide from everyone else, even if you share the house with family and friends.
