AMAZING !!!

As the previous reviews mentionned, we were greeted by Mario and Santina with fresh fruits and homemade pie. Olive oil (from their own olives!) was graciously refilled (our daughters liked it so much, we used a whole bottle !) Both of them were so welcoming, ready to do anything to make our stay confortable/memorable. Santina even made us fried zucchini flowers on our last night ! Ideal location to visit Toscany (within one hour drive of every city you want to visit). The apartment is even better than it looks on the pictures ! Roomy, amazingly clean ! The pool was the place to cool down after a busy (hot) day visiting the countryside. Thank you so much Mario and Santina for the best week of our trip ! Genevieve and Marc

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto 2020 presso La Casa delle Rondini e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. I proprietari sono molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. L'appartamento al primo piano è molto spazioso e completo di tutte le stoviglie comprensivo di biancheria da letto e da bagno e soprattutto molto ben pulito. Idem la piscina e il giardino, molto puliti e curati. Sicuramente torneremo perché abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno. Grazie, saluti da Bergamo

Fantastische woning en eigenaren

Heel gastvrij, zeer schoon, volledige privacy. Appartement, tennisbaan, zwembad etc. Alles krijgt een 10. Wat een gastvrije mensen die alles doen om je een fijne vakantie te bezorgen. Heel persoonlijk.

Amazing 8 days

Myself, my partner and 3 sons had the most idyllic 8 days here. We had the upstairs apartment which was so spacious, clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything we could have needed and more. We where in need of a lazy, relaxing holiday and the peace and quiet here provided that. The boys loved the pool and when cool enough, made use of the tennis court and basketball. We enjoyed short day trips to Lucca, Vinci, Pisa and Florence. Our hosts where very friendly, and provided a delicious welcome tart, home grown tomatoes and olive oil. Our boys where sent regularly to the garden to collect the herbs offered for our use. A completely easy and relaxing place to be. Thank you!

Very good apartment with very friendly owners located one hour drive from Florence, Pisa and Lucca

We really liked the friendly good english (also french) speaking family that welcomed us with a delicious own made cake. And we also enjoyed our last evening with a homemade pizza diner! We stayed for one week on the first floor apartment with airco in the living and kitchen. It is very complete, you could actually live there instead of being on holiday. In the garden (back of the house) is a 5x10 clean (lighted in evening) swimming pool with enough sun-beds and a shaded place to sit. There is also a nice view and no traffic at the back. We also enjoyed the tennis court, table tennis, basketball and table football game. The bakery is 700m from the house, the closest supermarket is 6km away in Lamporecchio. A minor point of criticism could be the noise of cars at the street at the front of the house or the fact that you have other houses in the street. So if you have in mind to be alone on a tuscan hill surrounded with only vineyards book something else, but otherwise we really recommend this place. The location is perfect for making trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Chianti wine route; all around a one hour drive by car. We also visited Cinque Terre from La Spezia (from there by train) which is a 90 min drive by car.

Tout simplement merveilleux

Tout est parfait dans cette location. Le confort et la propreté de la villa, la piscine délicieusement relaxante et le paysage apaisant. La localisation est ideale pour visiter le centre et le nord de la Toscane de Florence à Pise et San Geminiano. Merci encore à toute la famille pour l'accueil chaleureux et la soirée pizza. Nous recommandons absolument cette location.

Dieses Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Liebe Vermieter, die mit und für uns gekocht und uns mit Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt haben. Toller Pool, gepflegter Tennisplatz, Tischtennis, Trampolin, Spielplatz saubere voll ausgestattete Wohnung, gesichertes Grundstück. Bäcker und Pizzeria in der Nähe. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Great apartments and facilities

A most enjoyable stay. An emmaculate accommodation, very spacious, loved the swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens. Good Central location to visit Pistoia,Vinci, Pisa, Florence and Montecatini Terme Alto etc. Mario and Francesca and family were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this accommodation and we thank you for a great holiday.

Super séjour !!

Nous avons passé une super semaine, la Toscane est vraiment une très belle région. La maison est très bien équipée, très spacieuse. L'extérieur est aussi super sympa , nos filles ont adoré tous les équipements. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Merci beaucoup!! Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison, rien ne manque et la maison est très bien située pour visiter la Toscane.

Wonderful Holiday

We have had a fantastic 2 week stay here in Tuscany. Thank you to Mario, Santina and family for making us so welcome and for all the home grown produce, homemade tart and the wonderful Pizza Party during our stay. The villa was lovely - very well equipped and spacious and we were especially grateful for the air conditioning! We all enjoyed the fantastic facilities - pool, tennis court, ping pong and table football. The villa is in a beautiful location, easily accessible and well situated for visiting the cities - Pisa, Florence, Lucca etc as well as beaches and the local area. There is so much to see and do and we definitely hope to return.

Beautiful! Home from home. friendly host family

The apartment was large in size, beautifully decorated inside, with quality fixtures and fittings and all that you could need on a holiday with in it. The outdoor pool with sun beds, BBQ area, tennis court and small children's play area were kept to Hugh standard too. The personal touch of home made produce on arrival and a pizza mid week meant so much and really was appreciated. A great location to explore local area, only 45 mins from Piza and 55 mins from Florence. Very Close to Vinci. You need a car if you wish to explore. The host family were so friendly and were there if anything was needed (not that we required them at all) and their English was good. We would return to the Villa again and highly recommend it.

Excellent !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Casa delle rondini. - le logement est très bien, tant au niveau des équipements de l'appartement qu'au niveau des espaces extérieurs avec la grande piscine, le tennis, les terrasses, le baby foot, le parking etc... - la famille de Mario est extraordinaire ; l'accueil a été chaleureux et les échanges très intéressants et cordiaux. - le logement est assez bien situé au milieu de la Toscane et permet de rejoindre les grands lieux touristiques. Nous sommes très satisfaits et recommendons cette location.

Très bonne surprise ! Accueil très chaleureux

Merci à Santina, Mario et Francesca et son mari pour cet accueil très chaleureux, autour de pizzas maison dignes d'un très bon restaurant ! L'appartement est très grand et confortable, la literie aussi. la vue de la terrasse au 1er étage est splendide. L'accès piscine, tennis, babyfoot, ping pong et trampoline participent à passer de superbes vacances. Nous reviendrons probablement en prenant en plus l'appartement du rez de chaussée avec des amis pour un prochain été. Candice & Thierry

L'appartement de La Casa delle Rodini est très spacieux et bien situé Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires Parking à l'intérieur de la propriété cuisine parfaitement équipée commerces à proximité TRES BIEN !!!!!

Un accueil exceptionnel

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille à la maison des Hirondelles. L'appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir la région en voiture ou en train, il est vaste et très bien équipé. Les extérieurs de la maison ont fait le bonheur des petits qui ont profité du trampoline, des balançoires, des nombreux jouets à disposition comme des plus grands avec le babyfoot, le terrain de tennis et la grande piscine. Mais en plus de la découverte de cette belle région, c'est surtout la gentillesse de nos hôtes que nous retiendrons : merci à Santina et Mario pour toutes leurs attentions, au temps qu'ils ont pris pour discuter - en français ! - et pour montrer aux enfants le jardin, merci à Francesca pour ses conseils et la découverte de Montecatini et à Guido pour ces mémorables pizzas. Location à recommander

Excellente location, idéalement située pour visiter. L'appartement est spacieux, agréable à vivre et très bien équipé. Nos trois enfants ont profité pleinement des piscine, tennis, babyfoot, ping-pong,... Le plus de cette location est certainement l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse de Mario et Santina qui, à la fois discrets et disponibles, nous ont fait profiter de leurs conseils et des talents culinaires de Santina. Un grand merci à eux. A recommander sans réserve, certainement une de nos meilleurs locations.

excellente location

Location à recommander sans aucune restriction, superbe logement, très bien équipé, sans oublier la gentillesse et l’accueil de Santina et Mario qui nous ont fait profiter des légumes de leur jardin pendant la semaine et qui nous ont accueillis avec une excellente tarte maison. En plus elle est située au centre de cette magnifique Toscane, idéalement placée pour visiter cette superbe région.

A wonderful place to have a great holiday

We truly enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment for 2 weeks, located close to many fabulous cities such as Siena, Lucca, Firenze, San Miniato and Vinci. The apartment was very silent, spacious, comfortable and clean, also the pool, garden, tennis court and table tennis were really well maintained. We have never met such nice, extremely friendly and helpful hosts, Mario & Santina. At our arrival we received a homemade pie and almost every day we received fresh herbs, tomatoes and vegetables from their own garden. Special thanks for their homemade pizza's, they were delicious and very much appreciated. The photo's on the site are accurate. We highly recommend the apartment for couples and families. The children also adored La Casa delle Rondini. Thank you Mario & Santina, our vacation in Lamporecchio was great !

Lovely appartment and fabulous hosts.

We spent eight wonderful days here with our three (almost) teenage children. The apartment was lovely, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside the gardens were well maintained and the pool excellent, plus a great tennis court and table tennis if you had the energy. The hosts, Mario & Santina, were very kind and helpful, providing a homemade pie on arrival, fresh herbs & vegetables from their garden and local advice on what to see and where to go. They really helped make it a great week. Would highly recommend.
