What a great location for a stay in Florence! We were right in the midst of activity, yet the flat was very quiet. The host communicated well (I personally appreciated the pictures that came along with check-in and check-out instructions).

This was a great location right near the Duomo. The apartment was perfect for our girls trip of 3. There are quite a bit of stairs with no lift so pack accordingly. The washer and dryer are not in the unit but is shared by the other apartments one floor down.

This apartment is absolutely lovely, and the location was exceptional. We are on a road trip in Italy and decided to do the park & ride at Via Costanza - super easy and cheap to park (7/day) and then get the tram in to central Florence. We travelled in the heatwave, and thank goodness the apartment has excellent air-conditioning throughout. It was also a relief to be so central as we could see the beautiful sites but escape back to the apartment when the heat got too much! The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The furniture was super comfortable too. The only thing that would have been helpful was a washing machine, but otherwise we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place and amazing location

The property is right outside the main square with the duomo. We found everything within walking distance and were relieved to find that the property had air-conditioning!

This property was perfect for us. Steps out the front door to the piazza. Very large for a Europeans apartment, nice view. Everything easy to walk to. Washer dryer on site which was great for our extended trip. Apartment featured all the things you might need, very thoughtfully appointed. Very clean. Communication was detailed and great, very responsive. And the check in instructions were detailed easy with photos. They made great recommendations for a car service we used to a restaurant in the country and the luggage storage and delivery service they recommended between checkout and our next train was so easy and great. Recommend recommend recommend!!

Amazing location and very comfortable.

We rented this apartment as the final leg of our Italy vacation. The location was perfect. You walk out the front door right into the action. The apartment however is completely quiet. There is plenty of space and it is very very clean. I would recommend this rental.

Great location, lots of room

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was great. Centralized location, near great shops and sights and restaurants. Lots of room. Owner is responsive, we had one issue with the shower drain, and they had a repair person out within two hours. They have extra keys so family could go their separate ways to explore, which was nice. Easy check in and out. Would stay here again.

Perfect location, amazing hosts!

We seriously couldn’t have found a better place to stay. You step out the door and see the Duomo. It’s a straight shot to the train station, you’re right in the heart of a ton of shops and restaurants, everything. We were so sad to leave this home away from home. Checking in and out is a breeze, and the hosts will help with anything you need. They even replaced a coffeemaker for us! :) We’d definitely stay here again!!

Nice Apartment in a Great Location

Stayed here for a few days with friends and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious, close to everything, and the AC worked very well. The owners were so responsive on What’s App leading up to and during the trip. They also provide great recommendations and documentation on how to use everything in the apartment. Check in was very easy too and really liked that there was a code to enter the building. One thing to note if you have heavy luggage is that you do have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the unit.

Wow!

Cannot beat this location! After a minor mix-up in which apartment we were assigned to, we got access to this huge apartment! Lots of storage, spacious bedrooms. The kitchen does not have an oven if you plan on preparing meals so we used the stovetop. Close to a grocery if you need it. The small tv was not "smart" so kids couldn't watch in their downtime. A really great apartment, would stay there again.

Great Place, Great location, great management

My family of 5 and I stayed at this property for 5 nights. Centrally located, clean, near a local supermarket (we did breakfast on our own), kitchen well suited for short term stays, split air conditioning was perfect (Americans need our air conditioning), comfortable beds, management communication was great - lots of information to make your stay easy. The washer and dryer was important for us because our trip to Italy was over 2 weeks long and this was in the middle allowing for less clothes/luggage. The only issue is the dryer take a very long time (2 hours for a cycle) and then really does not do a good job. So be prepared to hang clothes to dry (which is fine - if you are prepared for it - there were lots of hangers). They even had laundry pods although we had brough our own. Overall - highly recommend this location and the management team for their comprehensive "support tools/information" to make your stay comfortable.
