Unfortunate you didn’t enjoy your stay...the recent remodel was done professionally and offers guests a comfortable outdoor deck area, climate controlled dining area and separate laundry with brand new appliances. It is also disappointing to have the lot next door mentioned in your review as it is under construction and has NOTHING to do with the rental home. Thank you for pointing out a leak in the newly installed roof. This was from a screw that backed out and has been corrected. Also, the lights all worked fine when we personally checked them....perhaps you did not use the correct switch...and as for the grille, it was checked and it appears to be working just fine now. We always welcome constructive feedback and use it to better our home for future guests!

We apologize for the four dead palmetto bugs found in our ground level coastal home. The plug in air fresheners add a fresh linen scent that past guests have enjoyed and we were shocked to find them all in the outside Ashe tray along with the seventeen bags of trash you left for us to haul to the dump. Holes found in outside furniture and lack of adherence to house rules were very disappointing. For security reasons, we only provide our door code to renters but we had strangers returning personal property to our home the next day by accessing our home without permission using the door code they had obtained. We do apologize that the refrigerator was not emptied as that was a sincere oversight by our property manager. It was unfortunate that you overlooked the No LINENS provided notation in all seventeen areas in the VRBO description and were happy to hear that you remedied that locally. We hope you enjoyed the Keaton area with your family and friends.

Glad you enjoyed the outdoor area with covered porch, large fans, outdoor grill, fish cleaning station and ample seating. Critters around the outside area near the water are unavoidable, unfortunately. Sorry you had trouble locating the second bath which is right when you enter the home, but a little tucked away. The mattresses are only one year old, but we have had ALOT of guests and plan to upgrade once again! The kitchen has a stove, microwave, large refridgerator and freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, vacuum sealer, toaster, ample plates, cups and silverware, outdoor grilling utensils, linens....please let me know what additionally you felt was missing so that we can continue to improve our guests experience. We strive to ALWAYS create a safe and comfortable stay for our valued guests.
