Two-bedroom, modern townhouse with private pool. Located in a fully developed complex. Huge windows and high ceilings create space, while bedding in flesh tones. The sea and the beach are a 2-minute walk, and a spacious balcony-patio overlooking the sea, and two cozy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, guest toilet, kitchen, elevator, and stairs between floors.

Perfect break

We had a great time staying at the house, the private swimming pool is an absolute gem and the whole place was spotless and very well equipped. The area is generally quiet but there is a building work taking place in the complex at the moment and the builders did get quite loud at times. Only 2 minutes to a beautiful beach and both restaurants and shops are within walking distance if you don’t have a car. You are spoilt for choice if you drive 5 minutes in either Coral Bay or Paphos direction. Communication with the owner was very easy and he got back to us promptly, when we had any questions. I definitely recommend this property and we will be returning at some point next year.

Excellent! But ...

Let me be clear. We had a wonderful time and I can only recommend this apartment. Read the PDF's you receive carefully and have Whatsapp ready just in case. Everything was clean and ready to be used. I highly recommend visiting the "Sea You" restaurant down at the beach. It is an 8 minute stroll from the house. You will love the sunset's down there. I mention the next couple of things as area for improvement. As I already mentioned, we enjoyed our stay very much. Instead of a charcoal BBQ, get a gas burner BBQ. The sunbeds are worn out and need to be replaced. On two of them you lie on the metal because the straps are too stretched to support you nicely. We used the cushions of the deck chairs to lie comfortably. Also the sunscreen markings on the sunbed mattress show they have been used very often. They need to be fixed or replaced. Occasional ants would show up on the kitchen counter. Maybe put a spray can into the kitchen to help solve that. On a closing note. We loved the private pool, air conditioning, great showers, WLAN and spacey rooms. The host always answered our questions promptly. I am sure you will enjoy your stay there.

Very poor directions, 2 navigations systems could not locate the property. Hotels directly in front of apt, did not know the street address. Thru a Wi-Fi connection the host asked to download maps.net. it located the dwelling directly behind the building. The host asked us to download waz app to communicate. Apt complex immediate to right when entering the complex was full of construction vehicles and material, with a sign apt for rent call. The next row of apts had #'s on them, leading us to number 2. Host gave a code, it would not open. He then stated it sometimes sticks, hit it. We did so with a large stone. Unable to open. Finally the host from England called his management to help us out. He then called us back and stated we were not there. Totally wrong apartment. I can send pics of apt sign and construction with a location of the number on the door. Over-all 3.5 hrs to find and gain access to the apt. Not like VRBO advertising in North America. We can go on and on about communication with the host. The furniture on the deck well worn out. If it was not for the glass top, everything would fall to the floor. Chairs peeling etc. Cutlery seemed to be from a second hand shop. Pin holes in curtains. Again can provide pics. The host commented "In this day and age everyone has a cell phone". Contested his comment and what he was insinuating. We asked for a 3 day refund and just leave and be done with it and no harm done. He just quoted corporate policy and stated no.

 Difficulty in Reaching the Destination: It appears the main issue was the absence of a cell phone for navigation, which is essential as we operate through Vrbo and WhatsApp groups. However, we provided offline maps and sent all property location details via SMS. We understand that reaching the destination after a long flight can be frustrating, but we are pleased that you ultimately arrived safely.
 Entering the Accommodation: We offer a smooth self check-in by providing keys in lockboxes with given codes. The difficulty you experienced was due to attempting to open the wrong lockbox. Our representative promptly assisted you, ensuring you could access the correct lockbox. The important thing is that you were able to enter the apartment.
 Complex Entrance and Construction: To enter the complex, dialing a number to automatically open the gate is required. This procedure is standard and beyond our control. We have had similar complaints from guests without cell phones, but unfortunately, this is how the complex is designed. Regarding construction, this is also beyond our control, and we apologise for any inconvenience it caused.
 Condition of the Property: We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and well-kept property. The feedback about the furniture is surprising, as we have received no similar complaints in the past. Our hundreds of positive reviews across multiple platforms testify to the quality of our accommodation.
 Refund Request: You requested to move out with a full refund, then a three-day refund. Unfortunately, a refund was not possible due to the short notice and insufficient reasons provided. We are unable to secure new clients on such short notice. As a result, you stayed at the property for the entire duration of your booking.
 We stand by the quality of our accommodation and service, as evidenced by the positive reviews from many satisfied guests. 
It is sad that you have described it so falsely. In the 3 years we have been renting this property, there have been no such problems and everyone has been happy with their stay.
