¡NUEVO! Impresionante bungalow de 2 dormitorios con piscina privada en el corazón de Coral Bay.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are pleased that you found the villa clean, spacious, well equipped and accurately described. We were, however, surprised by your comments regarding the property's location and road noise, as no concerns of this nature were raised with us at any point during your 17 night stay. During your holiday you contacted us regarding the operation of the air conditioning and fans, which we assisted with immediately. Later, when you requested a late checkout, we were pleased to arrange this with the owner's agreement. As we always aim to resolve any issues while guests are in residence, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and assist had concerns about noise been brought to our attention. Following your request for compensation after your return, we asked on several occasions for copies of the messages you believed had been sent to us during your stay. Unfortunately, no such correspondence has been provided. With regard to your arrival, we provide all guests with detailed written directions, key safe code and contact details before travel. Had you contacted us on the evening of your arrival, we would have kindly guided you to the villa, as we do whenever assistance is needed. Villa Andrea enjoys a prime position truly in the heart of Coral Bay, just 40 metres from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés and local amenities. It has been a much loved holiday home for many years, with guests returning year after year to enjoy both the villa and its exceptional location. We remain committed to providing every guest with a warm welcome, responsive support throughout their stay, and an enjoyable holiday experience. We wish you both all the best in your future travels.

Dear Midge, Thank you for taking time to review Villa Andrea and we are glad that you enjoyed the property. We are a little disappointed to hear your feedback as we do our very best to ensure all of our guests are well informed and comfortable. It is very important to us. We understood that you were struggling to connect to the WiFi and a member of our team was there within 30 mins of your arrival to help you. I would also like to point out that the internet connection is stronger than most holiday rentals at 40 mbps. We regularly have guests stay for longer periods who need strong internet for work and they have been delighted with the internet service provided. We do not have a printer at the villa however we will gladly help our guests and be happy to print off locator forms. It is not standard practice to change linen within a 10 day stay. Mid stays are always offered at the end of every full week booked, however if you wanted this service then our team would gladly have provided it at an extra cost. Finally, the owners specifically asked me to mention about not smoking in the property. Whilst smoking is allowed outside, our only request is that there is no smoking inside, with the beautiful sunny climate here in Cyprus it is not necessary to smoke in the bedrooms or bathrooms. We were very fortunate that we did not have a guest arriving on the same day as the property needed several days of airing.
