Very tastefully decorated throughout with great attention to detail. There is large open plan living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a brand new bathroom. This unique and stunning space comes with a lot of original Georgian features, such as exposed cobble wall in the back bedroom and decorative fireplaces in the two other rooms.

The Space:
Private entrance from the Paragon, through a separate gate and steps leading down to this lower ground floor apartment. Large living room with open plan kitchen and a dining table. Bedroom one comes with two comfortable single beds. Bedroom two comes with a king size bed and is located at the back of the house. There is also a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a small outdoor courtyard area.

Guest Access:
Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park which is a short walk away.

The property is found at the foot of Lansdown Hill in a terrace of houses upon the raised pavement opposite The Paragon, a street of Georgian houses which have been designated as listed buildings.
The Vineyards in Bath is home to The Museum of Bath Architecture, building of the Georgian era city during the 18th century.

Due to the age of the building and it being a basement flat, during wet weather the apartment may need to be well ventilated / have a dehumidifier on which is provided.

Linen for the sofa bed is provided when booking for guest 5 and 6. If you wish to use the sofa bed when booking for less than 5 people there is an extra £20 charge to cover linen costs
