With views across the Georgian buildings surrounding the Circus, this cosy third-floor apartment makes a fabulous base for history buffs and walkers eager to discover the famous landmarks and attractions of Bath. The property is close to the Assembly Rooms, with the Royal Crescent, Royal Victoria Park, Victoria Art Gallery and the Jane Austen Centre all within half a mile. The city centre is to the south, where you will find a wealth of great pubs, restaurants, boutique shops and shopping centres, as well as historic sites including Bath Abbey, the Pump Room and the Roman Baths. The city also provides a range of evening entertainment at the Theatre Royal, Komedia and Everyman. Heading across the River Avon, you can take a tranquil stroll along Henrietta Park or Sydney Gardens, both within a mile. Outside Bath, the breathtaking Cotswolds lie immediately to the north.
The apartment is reached via three flights of stairs, with a welcoming hallway leading you through into the cheerful lounge/diner. This beautifully decorated space has tasteful furnishings with ample seating, a TV, a DVD player and a sociable dining table, providing an ideal space for you all to unwind in. There’s also a sleek and smartly organised kitchen with plenty of equipment and storage space. Exploring this light and cosy retreat further, you will find two bright and cheery bedrooms. The first is a fresh and airy super-king-size room which can be made up as a twin room on request. Next to this is a twin room with views over the rooftops of Bath; it features two single beds – one 3’ and the other 2’6. The apartment also features a relaxing bathroom with a rain shower over the bath, a WC and marble tiling.
Although the apartment has no outside space of its own, the wide green spaces of the Royal Crescent are just 500 metres away, leading along to the beautiful Royal Victoria Park. The nearest car park is 500 metres away.
