Este exclusivo apartamento de cuatro dormitorios y cuatro baños se ubica en pleno corazón de Florencia, con unas vistas privilegiadas a la majestuosa Piazza Pitti y al imponente Palazzo Pitti, uno de los monumentos más representativos del patrimonio florentino.

Diseñado con una exquisita atención al detalle, el alojamiento combina elegancia y confort. Los suelos de madera natural, los baños revestidos en mármol y piedra, y el mobiliario de diseño crean una atmósfera sofisticada y cálida en cada estancia.

Nada más entrar, accedemos a un amplio y luminoso espacio abierto que integra la cocina y el comedor. La cocina, de estilo contemporáneo, está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y menaje completo, ideal tanto para una comida informal como para una velada especial.

La zona de estar dispone de sofá, Smart TV y una acogedora mesa auxiliar, todo ello con un marco incomparable: las vistas directas al Palacio Pitti, símbolo de la grandeza renacentista florentina. En esta planta también hay un elegante baño completo independiente.

Desde el salón, una escalera conduce a un dormitorio tipo suite en planta superior, equipado con cama de matrimonio, Smart TV y un baño privado cuidadosamente diseñado.

En el ala opuesta del salón se encuentra un amplio dormitorio doble (cama de 150x190 cm) que también disfruta de vistas directas a la Piazza Pitti.

Al final del pasillo, se accede a las otras dos habitaciones, ambas con cama de matrimonio (150x190 cm), baño completo en suite, Smart TV y también con vistas al Palacio. Estos dormitorios garantizan privacidad y comodidad a todos los huéspedes.

La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable: en pleno centro histórico de Florencia, a pocos pasos del Puente Vecchio, la Galería Uffizi, la Catedral de Santa María del Fiore, los Jardines de Boboli y otras joyas culturales de la ciudad.

Además, la zona cuenta con una cuidada selección de boutiques locales, tiendas de marca, supermercados, bares con encanto y algunos de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad, todo accesible a pie.

Perfect Florence Trip

The apartment was beautiful and exactly like it was advertised. Sara was exceptional and was there for every need. The location was great with easy walks to all of the sites and restaurants within 15 minutes. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location

Very wonderfully located. Apartment not so much inadequate as not really right for older adults, including one bedroom of difficult access, one bedroom really tiny for two people, closet and storage space quite sparse, and all showers dangerous.

Located across from the Pitti Palace and steps from shops, restaurants, and scenic walks, this apartment was everything stated in it's description and more! Rafael the property manager/concierge was wonderful - accommodating, professional, and gave us terrific suggestions on restaurants and things to do. We'll be booking this property again upon our return for sure!

Gorgeous views, immaculate and comfortable in excellent locale!

We loved it here! Beautiful views of Boboli and Pitti Palace. Lovely cafes, shops all downstairs, less than 5 mins walk to hotspots and yet not living in the middle of all the foot traffic. Would definitely come back next visit to Florence. Wonderful and helpful team. Very helpful, flexible and kind. We felt very lucky to find this happy place!

Perfect location

Apartment was exactly as described and photos. Perfect location close to everything, across from Pitti Palace, and a stones throw from Ponte Vecchio. Well taken care of building, nice building entry, comfortable apartment, good sized rooms and bathrooms, well appointed throughout (especially kitchen), and beautiful. Check-in was easy and professional, and communication (whatsapp) was very responsive. Our party of 8 had space and comfort. Elevator in building was very helpful for luggage during check-in/out. My teenagers loved the loft bedroom, but steps could be challenging for older adults. Only issue was 1 AC unit leaked in bedroom off great room during our stay which caused puddles, but host was quick to respond and provide extra towels to clean up through stay, and there is quite a bit of noise early mornings for recycling nearby. Would stay again and miss it already!

Florence fun

Pitti apartment was great, very convenient and still in a not too busy part of town. Lots of neighborhoods in Florence and this apartment is convenient for visiting many of them. The apartment’s security was a challenge, had to call for help a couple of times. Owner/manager was very responsive.

Great Location

The apartment is spacious for the 7 of us. The location is ideal and the air conditioning worked well. I would warn that the 4th bedroom was deemed very uncomfortable by our 15 and 17 year old daughters. The head clearance is very low and they repeatedly hit their heads. The shower does not drain properly in two of the bathrooms and floods the floor. The beds are very hard and the glass breaking noise from outside can be disruptive to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the price some of what I've listed here should be addressed.

Great location near pitta palace

We stayed with a family group of 7. Great location with walkable relatively easy access to most sites in Florence. The check in process was relatively easy. The host met us promptly and showed us around, as well as recommended many restaurants, grocery stores in nearby shops. The home is updated throughout with modern bathrooms. The bathroom/ shower upstairs unfortunately was not draining well and was not usable. The host tried to put Drano, but was not successful. The only other negative comment would be the outside noise. The large trash cans for the community are located directly outside and the trucks to empty the trash come very early in the morning. You can hear their reverse Warning sounds, and the trash being emptied at 6-7am. overall, we did enjoy our stay. I would stay again, but would make sure that the upstairs bathroom was functioning properly.

Great location for a short visit to Florence

We stayed at “Santo Spirito” for a 3-day weekend in October, accompanied by our 2 post-college age children and friends. On the positive side, this apartment is very lovely and is tastefully furnished. The location, next to the Pitti Palace and down the street from the Ponte Vecchio, is wonderfully convenient, within reasonably short walking distance of Florence’s major attractions. The windows offer partial views of the Boboli Gardens. The bathrooms and appliances are modern, beds comfortable, and the basic necessities (e.g. soap, shampoo, towels) are provided. On the whole we had a wonderful stay in Florence. There are 3 suggestions we hope the owner will consider. First, we had difficulty getting into the apartment. There is no lockbox and no rental office where one can pick up keys. The check-in agent is very nice, but she does not speak English. Perhaps it is for this reason that she did not answer her telephone. She prefers using WhatsApp and then using a related app for translating texts. Evidently she missed our messages and we ended up waiting with our bags on the street until 6:30 pm, vs an official check-in time of 3:00 pm. Perhaps the owner could install a lockbox, permit guests to pick up keys at an office, or use an agent who can speak a little English. Second, while we loved the location near the Pitti Palace, the apartment is also just across from a garbage collection station. The procession of garbage trucks, and people dumping off empty bottles, can be loud. We were awakened each morning between 5:00 am & 6:30 am, especially on Saturday when 4 sanitation trucks came through. Perhaps it might be possible to upgrade the windows for better sound-proofing or to provide some better form of “white noise” than the existing A/C units. Third, the pricing terms on VRBO’s website should really specify that taxes are in addition to the quoted price. The tax is 4 euros per person per night, which we paid on arrival. These issues aside, we truly enjoyed our time in Florence. It’s a lovely apartment in a highly convenient location. We left 3 bottles of wine to underscore our appreciation.

Cet appartement très bien situé dans Florence, mais mal insonorisé malgré un double vitrage, n'est manifestement pas habité par de vraies personnes. C'est un appartement lego, un genre de suite dont nous avons occupé 3 chambres avec salle de douche toilette, un living et une cuisine salle à manger. La porte d'entrée de l'appartement donne directement dans la cuisine living ce qui fait qu'on a un peu l'impression d'habiter dans le couloir. Pas grave car peu de mouvements. La porte d'entrée avec une serrure coffre fort est extrêmement difficile à déverrouiller de l'extérieur. Il vaut mieux être à deux. Nous avons attendu 2 heures sur la place Pitti pour entrer, l'agence nous ayant donné un faux numéro pour leur compte en banque. Multiples échanges téléphoniques avec l'agence espagnole Genteel (sic) à Séville qui a refusé à la personne sur place (à 20mn de l'appartement apparemment) de nous laisser entrer. Ils nous ont finalement communiqué un autre numéro de compte qui lui a fonctionné. Excuses les plus plates. Abritel n'a pas pu nous aider malgré son accueil en Roumanie. Nous sommes restés une semaine. Dans la cuisine nous avons trouvé des dosettes de café trop grosses pour la machine, des pastilles pour machine à laver le linge alors qu'il n'y avait qu'une machine à laver la vaisselle. Odeurs pestilentielles dans les 3 salles de bain, probablement des remontées des égoûts de Florence, la plomberie italienne ne semblant pas connaître les siphons qui justement permettent d'éviter ces inconvénients. Les placards à vaisselle sont très hauts ce qui permet d'éviter de se cogner mais il n'y a pas d'escabeau pour atteindre la vaisselle. Attention quand vous vous brossez les dents, la tablette est à hauteur de votre front. Pas de porte savon dans les douches et une lumière qui s'allume automatiquement dans le couloir quand vous voulez transiter entre les chambres. Nous avons fini par localiser les capteurs et les recouvrir de chiffons pour les neutraliser. Chauffage extrêmement bizarre lui aussi. Il y'a des radiateurs qui se mettent en route de manière aléatoire peut-être selon la température extérieure. Cela est compensé par un système de conditionnement d'air qui, met de l'air chaud au plafond, or chacun sait que l'air chaud monte. C'est un procédé coûteux et assez inefficace pour chauffer une pièce. En dehors de ces quelques inconvénients, Florence est une très belle ville, dont le centre est envahi par les touristes.
