This villa apartment with pool is set in a quiet and serene ambience away from the maddening crowds of summer tourists. Yet is is only 3Km to the nearest beach. From the comfort of the living room one can see the beautiful mature garden and enjoy the singing of the birds. The living has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa with smart TV and various channels in various languages, live sports channels, TV series and movies.

This villa apartment with pool is part of a fully detached villa, with separate entrance. It is set on the ground floor with a couple of steps to the outdoor exclusive pool. There is free on street parking in this quiet private street of San Pawl Tat-Targa.

Positiv:Für ein einfaches Abendbrot etc.plus Getränke war bei Ankunft gesorgt. Wichtig und Danke!Funktionierende Mückenschutzfenster .Keine Mücken im Apartment.Der angenehme, im Gebäude wohnende Vater der Vermieterin pflegt den Garten, ist zurückhaltend und ist technisch zuständig . Er stört nicht das gefühlte "Alleinesein".Hilfe im Notfall ist immer unmmittelbar da.Schuko-Steckdosenadapter vorhanden.Wohnung sauber.Gartenfeeling.Negativ:Lieblos verbauter / gestalteter, enger Apartment-Zugang.Keine Steckdose außen für z. B. Ventilator ( auch als Mückenschutz).Pool bei uns Ende September zu kühl und liegt ab dem Nachmittag im Schatten. Kein Nutzungsanreiz - auch wegen Stechmücken aller Größen. (Eine MückenPLAGE besteht nicht.) Das Meer ist beste, warme Alternative.Betten sind das Wichtigste, was wir brauchten Wir ("kräftigeres" 60 und 69 Jahre altes Paar ) spürten jede Stahlfeder der für uns zu harten Zwei-Personen-Matratze. Betten nur 190cm lang, für Mitteleuropäer mit Füßen zu kurz.Bettlichter ohne Funktion.Küchenspüle: der Armatur wachsen bald Stalaktiten....Autoverkehr (300m) trotz Gartenidylle doch ziemlich laut. Türen, Türklinken und Kühlschranktür bitten auch in der Nacht lautstark um Schmierung. Wir urteilen allerdings ohne Vergleichsmöglichkeiten auf Malta.Anregung:Hinweis, dass es nur EIN Apartment gibt (Exklusivität).Fewo-direkt darf folgenden Satz löschen:Wir sind gespannt, ob fewo-direkt auch diese Rezension löscht.Wir sind gespannt!

We were second time at this accommodation and it was much more better improvement like last time.Owner improved property as Air conditioning there in every room, swimming pool restored too, inside new tv with proper internet connection done.So know it is better like two yrs ago. Overall place is good, quite location, less noise from tourists not far way to center In Naxxar. As there are better food and drinks prices. You can order everything with Bolt or E cabs app for traveling. Better like Bus.We used to go to Buggiba, to the Splash water park, Mediterranean Sea, BOV park, Valletta, In Naxxar lots of time, Mellieħa Bay, Popeye Village, Paradise Bay, and relaxing at swimming pool st accommodation. Owner are very friendly and always helpful. We like too see them again.Propably what need be still improved Bathroom facility close to kitchen and beds for better comfort.Anyway we strongly recommend to everyone this accommodation to all.

Perfectly peaceful with a delightful garden

Our apartment was enchanting a 15/20 min walk from the charming town of Naxxar. The pool was beautiful. We travelled the length and breadth of the island by Bolt taxis which were very good and we never waited more than 7 mins. Thoroughly recommend the apartment very family friendly and attentive owners. No air con but plenty of fans.

A nice appartement with a private pool.

We had a nice two weeks. It was around 30 degrees so we went to beach but also enjoyed our private pool. Malta is an island to enjoy for young people and also for older people. It is also nice to have your own appartement to cook if you want, so you can tast the Malta culture.

Comfortable apartment

Apartment surrounded by beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. Naxxar is nearby and has a good selection of restaurants and shops. A great base for a peaceful holiday. Our host was extremely helpful. We hope to return.

San Pawl tat-Tarġa - Apartment Malta familie holiday

Nice quite place for relaxing in quite area in San Pawl tat-Tarġa. We enjoined this apartment with pool and very nice garden. Owners and they daughter are very nice friendly, kindly, always help when we needed something. We enjoyed Malta. You can hire ecabs from app on mobile or you local buses. City center in In Naxxar is quite close 14 min walk. Local shops about 10 minutes walk. Overall rate 10 * A +

Beautiful and comfortable

We had a wonderful time in Carmen's accommodation. Everything was there for a relaxing holiday with our family and Carmen even set us up for our first breakfast, since all the shops were already closed when we arrived. A very caring and kind hostess. Thanks very much!

Great hosts, great location, great property.

We're very happy with our stay at this apartment. It is in such a peaceful and beautiful area. Carmen and her husband were the most welcoming hosts - they went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay ❤️ The location of the villa is in a quiet area, but also with most attractions/places of interest within a short taxi or bus ride. We are definitely hoping to visit again soon! Thanks Carmen

This property is located is a very unique spot in Malta, bang in the centre of the island, so nowhere is too far away. It is located in a very sought after villa area on the outskirts of Naxxar.. It is self catering and within 300m one can find the local grocery store, and within 700m the local supermarket, butcher and fishmonger.

This apartment is surrounded by greenery in a quiet villa area that is safe for adults and children alike. Palazzo Parisio and Our Lady of Victories Church with its unique parish museum can be found within 15 mins walk or a 5 minute drive away. Please note that there are no other apartments, this is not a holiday complex and pool is for your exclusive use.
