Carrington Charm - Vibrant Village - Dog Friendly

Carrington Charm is a beautiful federation style home in the inner city suburb of Carrington. With four bedrooms across two levels the whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. We are dog friendly on application, please contact us first before booking.

The house is the perfect space to host friends, family and work groups. There are four bedrooms, two king and two queen sleeping up to eight guests.

Downstairs the large air conditioned open plan living room features dining table for up to eight people, lounge room with smart tv, ornate fireplace (non functioning) and gas heater.

The chefs kitchen is spacious with dishwasher, large oven, gas cooking, microwave, fridge and quality kitchen ware.

Off the lounge room the courtyard offers outdoor dining.

There is one queen bedroom on the ground floor along with the laundry and toilet.

Upstairs the main bedroom with king bed boasts an ensuite and walk in robe. The front room with king bed and desk has its own balcony overlooking the street. The fourth bedroom with queen bed is next to the family bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Street parking is free and plentiful, there is one carport space available to guests.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric heaters for winter. Quality linen, towels, kitchenware and basic cooking essentials are provided.

Carrington Charm is centrally located in Carrington, an inner city suburb of Newcastle. Carrington is a suburb of old and new, there are cafes, restaurants and a number of pubs in walking distance including the popular Earp gin distillery.

Newcastle CBD, beaches and shopping centres are a 5-10min drive.

We are dog friendly on application. The back courtyard is enclosed however a very small dog or very large dog may be able to escape. Please read our house rules on pets before booking.

Please note there is no BBQ at the property.
