Apartment for rent on the third floor of a building located in Piazza Santa Croce in Florence. This house enjoys an exceptional view on one of the most beautiful squares in the world which every year hosts the event of the Calcio Storico Fiorentino. From its windows you can in fact not only enjoy an incomparable view of the square but also watch the matches of this game which represents one of the most important and heartfelt traditions in Florence.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and consists of a large living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed), walk-in closet and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped even a shower.

In addition to its special location, this apartment is appreciated for its amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and everything needed for cooking.

Gorgeous apartment on Piazza Santa Croce. Cannot ask for a better location! Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Apartment is fully stocked and beautiful. Only note—it is 68 steps up from the piazza to the apartment! Loved every second of it.

Great location! Easy walking distance to major sights. Terrific views of Piazza Santa Croce.Apt is spacious but spartan as shown in photos. We enjoyed the activity of the piazza during the day. The bedrooms were located back away from piazza so generally quiet except for a couple weekend nights when noise carried up from the restaurant. If you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the easy check-in.

Great location; 10 minute walk to Arcadia and David. 15 minute walk to Central Market; highly recommended for the vibe on the 2nd floor with more luncheon options than can be imagined.Didn't spend much time in the apartment with only a 1 night stay, but it was clean and comfortable. There's a cafe right outside the door where we waited for the representative to let us in when we arrived. He was late, but only 10-15 minutes.

There are many things not mentioned in the listing you must know before booking this apartment:1- The A/C only works when you are inside the apartment. Once you leave, everything shuts off automatically. Which means, on a hot days, you will walk in to a sauna before the unit cools down. We struggled a lot with this. When we arrived it was close to 35C outside but inside felt like 50C. The A/C in the main bedroom is old and blows very weak cold air. It took almost 6 hours before we were able to enter the room and lay down. Very frustrating. The host wasn’t able to do anything for us, except saying the owner does not allow the AC to run while people are outside. This is the same problem every time we leave on tours and then return to the unit. 2- You are only allowed to have one key. Which means, if you have family members interested in doing different activities and need to return to the unit at different times, that is not possible. We had to change our plans multiple times because of this. One of the nights, we had to cut our evening short and come back to the unit with the kids because they wanted to sleep and we can’t leave and stay late because if we take the keys the electricity with shut off and the AC with stop working. Again, once you remove the key from the slot, everything shuts off. I tried multiple times to request a second key and I was told this not absolutely not possible. Major inconvenience. We did NOT enjoy our stay, never again in this unit. Stay away

our stay was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. You could hear the excitement in the square during the day, but it was perfectly quiet at night. Check in and out were easy. We had plenty of room for the whole family. We hope to stay here again one day in the future.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Fantastic view nice area, fit all of the needs of visiting florence. However there was just one problem and that there were no cups or plates. But besides that it was perfect.

Great location overlooking the Piazza Santa Croce. This Piazza is an easy walk to everything with a taxi stand and bus stop very close. It is in a ZTI zone so id you have your own car or a rental you cannot park there except on Sunday.

Great Apartment

We loved the spacious apartment overlooking the square. It has comfortable beds and the bedrooms are back from the street and quiet.The location is fabulous too! It felt safe with a locked building as well as a locked door.The only challenges were it did have quite a few flights of stairs to climb with our luggage and the wifi didn’t work great in the back bedroom. I would still highly recommmend this to travelers! Lovely place!
