The Stone House is a picture postcard country house resting close to Axmouth in Devon and sleeps 10 people in five bedrooms.
Please note no BBQ's are to be used at the house as it is in a rural area, surrounded by farmland/grass.
Amenities: Central heating with woodburning stove. Two electric ovens, grills and hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, three dishwashers, wine chiller, hairdryers. Four TVs, Bluetooth stereo, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking for 6 cars. Walled gardens, rose garden, meadow, lawns (open metal fencing to adjoining fields), patio area, furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Note: Logs are not included for the fires. Note: Standard stairgates will not fit the wide staircase at this property so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There are internal steps and bedroom 5 has restricted headroom so please bear this in mind when booking.
Town: Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
