* Damage deposit Damage, lost, broken, cast, etc. A deposit of 2500 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

*Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 300 kW) is included in the price. In case of excess electricity, the exceeded amount is requested.


* Minimum stay is 7 nights. Extra cleaning fees apply for stays of 3-5 nights outside of high season.

* Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00 to our villa.
