An elegantly presented Victorian Style Townhouse, 8-bedroom, centrally located and only moments away from Beaches, Piers and Town Centre. This self-catering accommodation is well equipped with towels, fresh linen, fully loaded modern kitchen and more. The property has one large dining-room and two sitting-rooms. Free WiFi throughout.

This self-contained Victorian Townhouse is ideal for a large group seeking a centrally located accommodation in Bournemouth, within walking distance to the beach, town centre and restaurants/pubs/bars. All 8 bedrooms are situated across 3 floors of the property and come with en-suite showers, fresh linen, towels, toiletries, hairdryers and a flat screen TV with Freeview.

On the ground floor you will find one large dining-room with an ornate decorative marble fireplace, one sitting room with couches and a TV, as well as one large modern and fully equipped commercial kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, commercial gas hob and electric oven.

The first floor contains the second sitting room of the property, with 2 large L-shaped sofas, a few chairs and one large 40-inch TV screen with Freeview. This room has large floor to ceiling windows and overlooks the front of the house as well as glimpses of the sea.


Guests will have access to the entire property from the ground floor/main entrance and above of this Victorian Style Townhouse. Guests will have access to all 8 en-suite bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, 1 dining-room and 1 commercial kitchen located on the ground floor.

Free high-speed WiFi throughout the building. Free parking on the road.

Lovely large town house

We stayed with our 4 sons, their wives and 4 grandchildren. Excellent property for a large group, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Paul, the owner, communicated very well with any queries we had. He usually answered within an hour.

Great place to stay

Good communication with Paul both before & at our arrival. He explained the working of the house, the do's & don'ts & was available at the end of a phone - sometimes at his office in the basement, separate entrance, A great place to stay with our adult kids, their spouses (10 adults) and our grandchildren aged 1-6 (9 children). House was very clean, tidy & safe with nice private shower rooms. A range of utensils etc made prep of food easy. Really close to amusements of Bournemouth and the beach. Shame the weather was so wet but kids easy to amuse playing games etc in the first floor sitting room. Thanks Paul!

Beautiful

We rented the house for 2 nights for a hen weekend. The place was spotlessly clean, presented beautifully and really spacious. Beds are nice and comfy and the house has been very well maintained with everything in perfect condition. Really handy to have all the parking too. Steph met us on arrival and had been brilliant leading up to the stay, always responding to any emails straight away. The only downside was the showers : all the rooms had issues in that they would run cold for a very long time (I couldn’t get mine to heat up at all the first time and just had to have a cold shower) and even showering one room at a time the water pressure is very low. We ended up borrowing showers from the rooms on the lower floor as they were slightly better but not ideal if you all need to get ready and be going out for a certain time. I would definitely recommend staying here - everyone commented how nice it was.

Amazing stay!

We have just returned from the Bournemouth townhouse and what a great stay we had! We were staying for a hen weekend and the house was so perfect for us all, so much space and well equipped for everyone staying. Bedrooms were all so lovely and very comfortable, kitchen had more than enough cutlery, glasses etc. The location is so central too, everything walkable.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay couldn’t recommend it enough!

Fabulous property! Highly recommend.

We visited over the weekend as a hen party of 12. We received a warm welcome from Steph who made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were lovely; well equipped and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was great that each room had an en-suite. We were pleasantly surprised to find hairdryers and toiletries. The lounge was big enough for us to all sit together and then dining room was lovely. The stereo that allowed music to be played throughout the ground floor was a great addition and added to the overall atmosphere. Bournemouth was a great area to visit and the beach was only 100metres from the house. We would all definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely House very close to all Bournemouth has to offer.

This is a great house for large parties. Each room is en-suite and has its own TV. We rented the house for my mothers 80th, she loved it. 10 adults, three children a baby and Alfie the dog. The house is very well equipped for large parties, especially the kitchen. Steph lives nearby and is very friendly and helpful. We wll defiinately go back one day.

Amazing Girly Weekend

The property exceeded all our expectations. Beautifully presented...tastefully decorated and had everything that we could possibly need for a weekend away. We had planned to ` go out and about` a lot more than we did. We were just happy to spend time in the house and enjoy everything it had to offer. On our arrival we met the owner Steph who was lovely...she showed us around and gave us details on the surrounding area and then left us to it. We knew where she was if we needed anything (which we didnt). We saw her again as she waved us off as we left. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a a large property in a central area close to Bournemouth. We as a group are looking forward to returning to this property soon. Thank you Steph it was amazing.

Would highly recommend

I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Bournemouth, location was fab, the house spacious, clean, everyone had their own room of which all was comfortable and homely. The host Steph was accommodating and understanding. Great stay perfect for a weekend away with friends. I would book this property again. House Parties also have been accommodating and easy to use. Fab Luzury Townhouse in an Amazing Location!

After a friendly greeting from the owner we settled in very nicely to this lovely townhouse. The house itself is huge, the dining room is great for sitting down for big meals with guests and the sitting room is the perfect size to accommodate all 15. The property itself was spotless and all rooms had ensuites which made for a very comfortable stay. Parking is available right outside which we found very useful and the location itself is perfect walking distance to all the sites of Bournemouth. An amazing find - would definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay again!

The Hedley Townhouse is Bournemouth's little gem! It is perfectly located, just outside the busy city centre and minutes from the beach. We love the Hedley for it's quaint and meticulous architecture, retaining many of its old Victorian features, which make this the perfect holiday house for any group kind.
