The Space:
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. The living room, complete with a sofa bed, is a cosy space to relax and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV with access to Netflix and HBO. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the en-suite bathroom ensures your comfort. Enjoy the spacious balcony, perfect for watching the stunning sunset. The apartment includes amenities such as a lift (from the first floor), air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire flat, which includes two bedrooms, a fully fitted bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a balcony where you can relax. The flat is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the vibrant Praça da República, this apartment places you right in the heart of Porto. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the Galerias de Paris, famous for their nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. For shopping and culture, Praça Carlos Alberto and Rua de Santa Catarina are within easy walking distance. Treat yourself to the local cuisine by trying the iconic Francesinha. Trindade metro station, with access to the whole city, is just a 5-minute walk away. The surrounding area offers convenience with supermarkets, cafés and restaurants right on your doorstep.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on application). Furthermore, the apartment is conveniently located near an extensive public transport network, making it easy to reach various parts of the city and places of interest.

Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment annex, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a replacement fee will be charged (price upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation.
If you are planning to bring your pet, please note that the final price shown in your booking includes only one pet. If you wish to bring more than one, please contact us.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €190 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspections whenever requested. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
