Villa Bouganville con Piscina by Wonderful Italy

Lovely villa with swimming pool and large outdoor space, surrounded by the countryside and a few minutes away from the magnificent coast of eastern Sicily.



The villa spreads over the ground floor, with access from a tiled path leading to the entrance, which opens onto the bright and spacious living room furnished with an open-plan kitchen equipped with all amenities, including an oven, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine and a kettle. In the same room guests will find a dining table, a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a TV wall unit. The interior is in the shades of blue, which reminds of the sea and gives a relaxing atmosphere to the entire villa.

The first bedroom is provided with a queen-size bed, whose headboard is decorated with a floral pattern, the same as the nightstands. The second one is equipped with two single beds and a blue nightstand. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.



The villa features an annex with a third bedroom with a pool view, which is fitted with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.

The highlight of the property is the wide outdoor space with a swimming pool at the center, which comes with a sheltered patio decorated with an outdoor lounge and a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying delicious meals in the open air.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.



The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 70 km far away, while Comiso “Pio La Torre” airport is 90 km far. The train station of Siracusa is 8 km away, as well as the interbus station connected with the airports.
