NIMA 2 Apartment is a modern, light-filled, minimal-style property thoughtfully designed to meet guests’ needs.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a welcoming entrance featuring a bright blue wall that sets the tone for the apartment’s stylish interior. A desk with a comfortable chair is conveniently placed for those who may need to work during their stay.
To the left, the living room offers a large bright blue sofa, a 55” smart TV, and a sleek black YAMAHA piano, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The first spacious bedroom features two beds that can be arranged as either separate singles or a king-size bed. It also includes a newly built wooden closet, air conditioning, and direct access to the balcony. For a cozy atmosphere in the evening, hidden lighting at the head of the bed adds a special touch.
Next, you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen, ready for preparing delicious meals. The large dining table is ideal for friends and families to gather. Amenities include a big refrigerator, stainless steel oven, ceramic cooking hobs, dishwasher, espresso machine, and filtered coffee maker.
The apartment offers three additional bedrooms: two with single beds (convertible to king-size) and one with a double bed. All bedrooms feature closets, mirrors, and a small boudoir for added convenience. The mattresses in all four bedrooms are new, anatomic, and designed to support muscles while providing a soft, cool sleeping experience thanks to Bonnell springs.
There are two full bathrooms with showers. The larger bathroom also includes a washing machine available for guest use at no extra charge, along with a first aid kit.
One of the highlights of NIMA 2 Apartment is its balconies. Spacious and long, they offer views of the streets, the sea, Fortezza Castle, and the Hill of Timios Stavros. Guests can enjoy sunrise with a cup of coffee or sunset with a glass of wine at the outdoor dining table.
Additional conveniences include a free parking space in a sheltered garage directly opposite the building entrance, as well as free street parking nearby.
